Ich suche nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) für helle, zentral gelegene Wohnung im 5. Bezirk. Ich freue mich über offenherzige, kommunikative Menschen, so dass das Miteinander nicht zu einer reinen Zweck WG verkommt. Mal gemeinsam chillen, interessante Gespräche führen, etwas gemeinsam unternehmen, empfinde ich als angenehme Ergänzung zum Alltag.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung über die U4 und diverse Busse. ~10Min zur TU, ~25 Min zu Hauptuni, ~15 Min in die City, ~10 Min zur Mariahilferstraße (größte Einaufsstraße, für Wienneulinge ;) ). Fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein chilliger Park mit Hängematten, Platz zum sonnen lassen und Outdoor Trainingsgeräten. Ein noch größerer Park ist mit der U4 in ca. 15 Min zu erreichen und der Wienerwald etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt. In der Umgebung befindet sich eine vielfältige Lokal und Restaurantszene zum lecker Essen und gemütlich was trinken Gehen. Wer gerne bouldert findet die Blockfabrik in 10 Min Gehweite.
Das Zimmer hat 15m², fast den gesamten Tag Sonne und kann möbliert vergeben werden. Zusätzlich hast du einen großen begehbaren Schrank im Gangbereich, also Stauraum en masse.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Liftstock und verfügt über eine gemütliche 30m² Wohnküche mit Zugang zur sonnigen 8m² Loggia. WC und Bad mit Badewanne sind getrennt, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden.

I am looking for a nice flatmate to share a bright, centrally located flat in the 5th district. I am happy about open-hearted, communicative people, so that living together is not reduced to a purely living next to each other. I find chilling out together, having interesting conversations, sharing activities together a pleasant addition to everyday life.
The flat has very good transport connections via subway U4 and various buses. ~15 minutes to TU, ~25 minutes to the University of Vienna, ~15 minutes to the city centre, 10 minutes to Mariahilferstraße, (the biggest shopping street, for newcomers to Vienna ;) ). Five minutes' walk away is a chilled-out park with hammocks, space to sunbathe and outdoor exercise equipment. An even bigger park can be reached by U4 in about 15 minutes and the woods are about half an hour away. There is a varied bar and restaurant scene in the vicinity, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and a drink. If you like bouldering, "Blockfabrik" a boulder hall is a 10-minute walk away.
The room has 15m², sun almost all day and can be taken partially furnished.
The flat is located on the 4th floor and with a cosy 30m² living room - kitchen combination with access to the sunny 8m² loggia. WC and bathroom with bathtub are separate, washing machine and dishwasher are available.
Available from October.
Monthly rent 550€ (includes running costs, electricity and internet access).
