Mein Zimmer ist ein wirklich großer und schöner Platz, um zu arbeiten, sich zu entspannen und sein Leben zu genießen. Die hohen Decken dieses Altbaus öffnen sich direkt, wenn man den Raum betritt. Zwei große Fenster zur Kriehubergasse, einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße, befinden sich gegenüber dem Eingang und lassen tagsüber viel Licht herein. In der linken Ecke des Zimmers befindet sich ein fest installiertes "Etagenbett", welches zwei Zwecken dient: Es bietet ein erhöhtes Schlaferlebnis, das ich während meiner Zeit hier genutzt habe und es bietet darunter genügend Platz für eine Chill-Area oder, wie ich es genutzt habe, als Bürofläche.

My room is a really big and beautiful place to work, relax and live your life. The high ceilings of this building open up directly after you enter the room. Two big windows towards the Kriehubergasse, which is a slow traffic street, are opposite the entrance and bring in light during the day. In the left corner of the room is a fix installed "bunk bed" which serves two purposes, it provides an elevated sleeping experience, which I used in my time here, and it provides enough space underneath for a chill area or, as I used it, as an office space.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe eines schönen Parks (Alois Drasche Park) und in Reichweite aller Dinge des täglichen Lebens, Billa & Hofer in 5min Entfernung und Spar in 7min Entfernung. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, U1 am Südtiroler Platz oder 1/18/62 in der Kliebergasse oder 1/62 in der Laurenzgasse. Zudem sind es nur 10min bis zum Hauptbahnhof und weitere 20min zum Flughafen mit dem Regiojet.

The flat is located close to a beautiful park (Alois Drasche Park) and within range of every necessity for the daily life, Billa & Hofer in 5min distance and Spar in 7min distance. A great benefit also is the close proximity to the public transportation, U1 at Südtiroler Platz or 1/18/62 at Kliebergasse or 1/62 at Laurenzgasse. Moreover, it is only 10min to the main train station and another 20min to the airport by Regiojet.
Wir sind eine junge Gruppe von internationalen Studenten und Arbeitern. Tara (deutsch, 27) ist letztes Jahr im September eingezogen, um sich auf ihr neues Masterstudium in Bio-Divergenz an der Universität Wien zu konzentrieren. Sie lebte bereits für etwa ein Jahr in Wien, aber für ihr neues Studium zog sie bei uns ein. Tancredi (Italiener, 27) ist im letzten Mai in unsere Wohnung eingezogen, als italienischer Fagottist bringt er einige musikalische Eindrücke mit in die Wohnung.
Wir genießen alle gemeinsam die gemütlichen Abende in der Küche, haben aber auch Zeit für uns, wenn etwas zu erledigen ist.
Ich habe meine Zeit hier in der WG sehr genossen und konnte nicht nur von der Lage profitieren, sondern auch meine Zeit in bester Gesellschaft verbringen.

We are a young group of international students and workers. Tara (german, 27) moved in last year in September to focus on her new master studies in bio divergency at the University of Vienna, she lived in Vienna already for roughly a year but for her new studies moved in with us. Tancredi (italian, 27) moved in our flat in May, as an Italian bassoon player he brings some musical impressions to the flat.
We all enjoy our chilled evenings in the kitchen together but also have time for ourselves if things need to get done.
I enjoyed my time here in the WG very much and could not only benefit from the location, but also spent my time in the best company.
Das Zimmer wird theoretisch zum 15.03 frei, aber ein früherer Zeitpunkt könnte auch möglich sein.
Da ich aus persönlichen Gründen nach Deutschland umziehen werde, werde ich, wenn du möchtest, dir einige meiner Gegenstände überlassen:
- Malm hohes Sideboard (50€)
- Malm niedriges Sideboard (10€)
- Brimnes Kleiderschrank (100€)
- Manstad Sofa (20€)
- Glastisch (umsonst)
- L-förmiger Schreibtisch (70€)
- Schreibtischstuhl Markus (120€)

- Beleuchtung, Deckenlampe + Stehlampen + Lichtpaneele (100€)
Die Beleuchtungen sind z.T. fest verbaut und müssten übernommen werden.

The room will theoretically be free on 15.03 but an earlier date could also be possible.
