Das Zimmer ist groß und wunderbar hell. Im Moment ist es noch möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderstange, Kommode, Sofa, Tisch, Stühlen, Wandregal, Plattenspieler und Spiegel, die Möbel können bleiben wenn du sie brauchst, aber du kannst natürlich auch mit deinen eigenen einziehen. In der Wohnung sind Bad und Toilette separat, wir haben eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine gibt es sogar auch und der große Balkon ist toll. Im Flur gibt es auch einen kleinen Esstisch, und einen kleinen Kellerraum gibt es auch. Das Haus hat einen Lift, aber die Wohnung ist leider nicht barrierefrei.
Your room is spacious and bright. Right now it is furnished with a bed, clothes rack, dresser, small couch, table, chairs, bookshelf on the wall, record player, and mirror, you can use all the furniture if you need it, but of course you can also move in with your own. Bathroom and toilet are separate, we have a bath tub and a washer, a dishwasher in the kitchen and a large balcony. There's also a small seating area in the hallway, and there's a small space in the basement. The house has an elevator, but the flat is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users.
Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom besten Pizza-Restaurant der Stadt, der Disco Volante. Alle denkbaren Supermärkte sind fußläufig innerhalb von 2-10 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die 57A in beide Richtungen, die U4 und der Margaretengürtel sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und zum Westbahnhof geht man 15 Minuten. Die Mariahilferstraße ist also auch gleich um die Ecke.
Across the street from the flat we are blessed with the best pizza restaurant in town, Disco Volante. Most of the supermarkets you can think of are within 2-10 minute walking distance. There's a bus stop right outside the door, the subway is a 10 minute walk away and you need about 15 minutes to walk to the station Westbahnhof. Also the big shopping street is basically around the corner.
Ich heiß Mette und komme ursprünglich aus Norddeutschland. Ich arbeite als Buchhändlerin und mache nebenbei manchmal Projekte als freiberufliche Übersetzerin. Ich koche meistens Nudeln mit Pesto oder überbacke irgendwas mit Käse, wenn du da Bock drauf hast kannst du gerne mitmachen, oder wir trinken mal ein Glas Aperol auf dem Balkon. Ich bin auch gut im Haare färben, hab seit Kurzem ein Longboard und find Science Fiction cool.
I'm Mette, I'm originally from northern Germany. I work as a bookseller and sometimes do freelance projects as a translator. I usually cook pasta with pesto or anything with melted cheese, if you're into that you're welcome to join, or we could enjoy some Aperol on the balcony.
