Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und wird unmöbliert übergeben. Einzig ein großer Schrank ist enthalten, der im Zimmer bleibt. Wenn du möchtest können wir aber auch andere Möbel besprechen, zum Beispiel würde ich den Schreibtisch auch drin lassen.
Das Zimmer führt direkt ins große und helle Wohnzimmer, wo es auch sehr gemütlich ist zu sitzen. Direkt vom Wohnzimmer kann man zum Balkon. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 110 m² und eine 15 m² Loggia mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und ab Frühling viele Sonnenstunden.
Das Zimmer ist wie eine Wohnung in der Wohnung, da du den großen Vorteil hast, dass dein Zimmer direkt ins Wohnzimmer und somit auch zur Loggia führt. Ich hatte die Jahre wo ich hier war viel Spaß und kann sie nur jedem empfehlen.

Die WG hat eine super Verkehrsanbindung, U3 Station Zieglergasse ist ungefähr 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und der Westbahnhof ist auch gut zu erreichen (von Tür bis zum Zug 8 Minuten). Einmal Umfallen und man hat einen Billa vor Haustür, ein Hofer ist auch rund 5 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem, da es direkt an der Mariahilfer Straße ist, hat man sonst noch alles Mögliche an Geschäften zum Einkaufen.
The flat-sharing community has excellent transport connections, the U3 Zieglergasse station is about 3 minutes away on foot and the Westbahnhof is also easy to reach (8 minutes from the door to the train). Du wirst zusammen mit Mustafa wohnen, der bald seinen PHD in Wien anfängt, sowie Viktoria, die dabei ist ihren Master in Business abzuschließen. Beide sind viel unterwegs, sowohl in der Arbeit, als auch am reisen - also kannst du auch deine Ruhe haben, wenn du möchtest.
You will be living with Mustafa, who is about to start his PHD in Vienna, and Viktoria, who is about to finish her Master in Business. Both of them are on the road a lot, both for work and travelling - so you can have some peace and quiet if you want.
Bei uns sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt.
Besichtigungen sind täglich möglich ab 16.00 (auch am Wochenende). Nach Absprache mit mir auch vorher möglich, da machen wir uns dann einfach eine passende Zeit aus :)
Übrigens: In der Wohnung ist ein großer Abstellraum enthalten!
Pets are not allowed in our house.
Visits are possible daily from 16.00 (also on weekends). After consultation with me (Marko) also possible before, then we just make a suitable time :)
By the way: the apartment includes a large storage room!
