Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca 25m2 groß, relativ hoch gebaut und hat 2 Doppelflügelfenster, welche dem Raum genügend Licht bringen. Der Boden ist aus Parkett und zudem befindet sich ein Einbauschrank im Zimmer, welcher dir einiges an Stauraum bringt und du so vielleicht mehr Wohnraum in deinem Zimmer hast. Weiters befinden sich im Zimmer jeweils zwei SAT und LAN-Anschlüsse.
Neben dem zu vermietenden Zimmer gibt es noch eine Küche, Badezimmer (mit elektrischer Fußbodenheizung) mit separatem WC und einen Keller.
Das Bett, dass auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, stelle ich gerne zu Verfügung, ist aber kein Muss.
Internet gibt es und ist auch schon im Mietzins inkludiert.

The room for rent is approx. 25m2 in size, relatively high and has 2 double casement windows, which bring enough light into the room. The floor is made of parquet and there is also a built-in wardrobe in the room, which gives you a lot of storage space and you may have more living space in your room. There are also two SAT and LAN connections in the room.
In addition to the room for rent, there is also a kitchen, bathroom ( with electric underfloor heating) with a separate toilet and a cellar.
I am happy to provide the bed that can be seen in the pictures, but this is not a must.
Wifi is available and included in the rent.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen 6. Bezirk. Einen circa zwei-minütigen Fußmarsch entfernt befindet sich die U4 Station Pilgramgasse, sowie die Buslinien 12A, 13A, 14A. In circa 7 Gehminuten befindet man sich auf der Mariahilfer-Straße und damit auch die U3 Station Zieglergasse.
Gleich bei der Wohnung ums Eck befindet sich ein SPAR, somit hat man es für spontane Einkäufe nicht weit. Daneben gibt es umliegend aber auch BILLA, DM, BIPA, Bäckereien und besonders wichtig eine Apotheke (circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt).
Bezüglich Parkmöglichkeiten am besten einfach Nachfragen, dann kann ich gerne weitere Infos geben.

The flat is located in the beautiful 6th district. The U4 underground station Pilgramgasse and the bus lines 12A, 13A, 14A are about a two-minute walk away. Mariahilfer-Straße is about a 7-minute walk away, as is the Zieglergasse U3 underground station.
There is a SPAR supermarket just around the corner from the flat, so you don't have far to go for spontaneous shopping. There are also BILLA, DM, BIPA, bakeries and, most importantly, a pharmacy in the neighbourhood (about a 3-minute walk away).

Ich bin Mathias, 24 und studiere Rechtswissenschaften. Da ich die meiste Zeit am Lernen bin, habe ich einen recht ruhigen Alltag. Dennoch genieße ich neben dem Lernen und Sport ich auch gerne den Abend mit meinen Freunden zu verbringen.
Wenn die Zeit dafür da ist, dann bin ich natürlich auch für ein Couch-Drinking, gemeinsames kochen oder WG-Unternehmungen zu begeistern.
Da für mich Sauberkeit und Ordnung sehr wichtig sind, wünsche ich mir diese Einstellung auch bei meiner/m zukünftigen Mitbewohner*in.

I'm Mathias, 24, and a law student. As I spend most of my time studying, I have a fairly quiet everyday life. Nevertheless, in addition to studying and doing sports, I also enjoy spending the evening with my friends.
If there's time, I'm of course also keen to have a drink on the couch, cook together or organize a flat-share.
As cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, I would like my future flatmate to have the same attitude.
