Das kleine aber feine Zimmer befindet sich neben der Küche. Es hat ca. 6,5 m2 und ein Fenster zum ruhigen Innenhof. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Hochbett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Sofa und zwei Regale, ist also bezugsfertig!
The room is located next to the kitchen. It has only 6.5 m2 but is rather spacious due to the high ceiling of the flat. There is a window pointed towards the inner courtyard. The room is already fully furnished with a loft bed, wardrobe, cupboard and a desk, so ready for someone to move in!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Bezirk unweit der Mariahilferstraße und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen. Obwohl es eine belebte Gegend ist, gibt es nahezu keinen Verkehrslärm. Versorgung: Ein Spar und ein Billa befinden sich gleich um die Ecke, der nächste Hofer ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Öffis: Sowohl die U4 (Pilgramgasse), als auch die U3 (Zieglergasse) sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die 13A (Esterhazygasse) und 14A Haltestellen sind ebenfalls in nächster Nähe (2 Min).
The flat is situated in the sixth district close to the Vienna's shopping street Mariahilferstraße. Even though it is located very central, we live in a rather quiet area with a park. The supermarkets Spar and Billa are 1 walking minute away, Hofer only 5 min. Public transport: The metro lines U4 (Pilgramgasse) and U3 (Zieglergasse) are only 5 minutes walking distance, the next bus stops are Esterhazgasse for the 13A and 14A.
Wir, Miriam, Tristan und Viktor sind mehr Freunde als bloß Mitbewohner, dies ist also keine Zweck WG. Wir unternehmen gerne Sachen miteinander, kochen gemeinsam oder machen Spieleabende.
Viktor und Miriam studieren noch, Tristan arbeitet bereits als Architekt.
We, Miriam, Tristan and Viktor are rather friends than just roommates and we would appreciate to find someone like minded who enjoys to spend time together and is open minded!
Miriam and Viktor are both still studying, Tristan is already working as an architect.
Am besten schreibst du uns ein paar Sätze zu dir und wir werden uns ein Treffen ausmachen! Solltest du auf der Suche nach einer befristeten Unterkunft sein, wäre dies grundsätzlich auch möglich.
