Das Zimmer ist saniert und hat zwei große Fenster. Es ist hofseitg und ruhig gelegen. Durch die quadratische Form kann man es sehr gut einrichten. Im Vorzimmer befindet sich ein großer Schrank, in dem man Schuhe, Taschen und Weiteres unterbringen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt eine Straße parallel zur Mariahilferstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es somit an jeder Ecke. Infrastrukur und Anbindung sind einmalig. Die U3 Station Zieglergasse ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die U6 Station und etliche Straßenbahnlinien (5, 9, 18, 49, 52 u. 60) sind 5 Minuten entfernt.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Wir haben es gerne sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung selbst hat zwar keinen Balkon, jedoch verfügt jedes Stockwerk über einen Balkon, den jeder benützen darf. Dank der hohen Räume und der neu eingebauten Fußbodenheizung ist es im Winter angenehm warm und im Sommer nicht zu heiß.
Außerdem leisten uns meine zwei süße Katzen Gesellschaft, die aber die meiste Zeit in meinem Zimmer verweilen.
Im Großen und Ganzen hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht und die Umgebung bieten ein breites Spektrum an Möglichkeiten.
