Wir suchen eine*n verlässliche*n Zwischenmieter*in für Juli und August 2024. Zeitraum kann auch flexibel gehalten werden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25m² groß, straßenseitig und möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa). Außerdem hat es drei Türen ;) eine in die Küche (rechts), die zweite in Caros Zimmer (links) und die dritte in den Gang. Niemand geht aber durch dein Zimmer durch, es ist also KEIN klassisches Durchgangszimmer!
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche, Abstellkammerl, Gaderobe, ein Bad mit Badewanne (sehr luxuriös! ;D) und Dusche sowie ein separates WC. Es kommt viel Sonne durch die großen Fenstern herein, dadurch ist es sehr hell.
Die Warmmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 500€ pro Monat.

We are looking for a reliable temporary roommate for July and August 2024.
The room is approx. 25m², facing the street and furnished (bed, desk, sofa). It also has three doors ;) one to the kitchen (right), the second to Caro's room (left) and the third to the corridor. However, nobody goes through your room, so it is NOT a classic walk-through room!.
The apartment has three bedrooms, a kitchen, storage room, cloakroom, a bathroom with bathtub (very luxurious! ;D) and shower as well as a separate toilet. A lot of sun comes in through the large windows, so it is very bright.
The rent for the room is 500€ per month.
Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Bezirk, in der Stollgasse im 1. Stock.
In der Nähe befinden sich die U3 Zieglergasse, U6 Westbahnhof sowie die Straßenbahn 5 Stollgasse.
Die Wohnung liegt parallel zur Mariahilfer Straße und im Viertel gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte (Billa, Lidl, Hofer, etc). In Fußnähe erreicht man auch die Klavier Galerie, das Englisch Cinema Haydn und das Möbelmuseum Wien ;)

The apartment is located in the 7th district, in Stollgasse on the 1st floor. Nearby are the U3 Zieglergasse, U6 Westbahnhof and the streetcar 5 Stollgasse.
The apartment is located near to the Mariahilfer Straße and there are many cafés, restaurants, stores (Billa, Lidl, Hofer, etc) in the district. Within walking distance you can also reach the Klavier Galerie, the English Cinema Haydn and the Vienna Furniture Museum ;)

Caroline: Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, habe Soziale Arbeit studiert und studiere nun Jus. Ich bin ein lebensfroher Mensch, musiziere und lache gerne (am meisten über meine eigenen Witze). Manchmal brauche ich Zeit für mich und ziehe mich dann eher zurück. Ich liebe tiefgründige Gespräche und habe immer ein offenes Ohr und Herz <3
Antonia: Ich bin 24 Jahre alt, habe Modedesign und Maßschneiderei gelernt und derzeit mache ich den Maßschneidermeister an der Herbststrasse. Ich beschäftige mich nicht nur beruflich, sondern in meiner Freizeit viel mit Mode. Ansonsten bin ich gerne kreativ oder treffe mich mit meinen Freunden. Ich bin ebenfalls ein sehr lebensfroher Mensch und gegen gute Gespräche mit einem Kaffee dazu habe ich nichts einzuwenden :)

Caroline: I am 23 years old, studied social work and am now studying law. I'm a fun-loving person, I like to play music and laugh (mostly at my own jokes). Sometimes I need time for myself. I love deep conversations and always have an open ear and heart <3
Antonia: I'm 24 years old, I studied fashion design and tailoring and I'm currently studying to become a master tailor at Herbststrasse. I'm not only involved in fashion professionally, but also a lot in my free time. Apart from that, I like to be creative or meet up with my friends. I am also a very cheerful person and I don't mind a good conversation with a coffee :)

Im Innenhof neben dem Haus gibt es eine Baustelle, die wirst du aber in deinem Zimmer nicht hören.
