Da ab mitte September - 1. Oktober eines unserer schönen Zimmer frei wird, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem neuen netten Mitbewohner/in.
Wir haben ein gemütliches und sonniges 26m2 Zimmer direkt auf der Mariahilferstraße.
Die Miete beträgt zurzeit 571 € / Monat alles inklusive (Internet, Gas, Strom, usw.)

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 145m2 4er WG mit Mitbewohnern die sehr angenehm, open minded und auch schon lange teil dieser WG sind. Die WG befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist mit einem Lift erreichbar.Das Zimmer wird teils möbliert weiter gegeben.

Zur Lage der Wohnung:

Zentraler gehts kaum, die Ubahn-Station Zieglergasse befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür.
10 Minuten braucht man zu Fuß zum Westbahnhof, Supermärkte wie Hofer, DM, Spar sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man sieht durch das Fenster direkt auf die Mariahilferstraße hinunter, der Lärmpegel hält sich aufgrund der Fußgängerzone, sehr in Grenzen.

WG-Leben:

Die WG wird derzeit von 4 netten, aufgeschlossenen Männern von 30 - 38 Jahren bewohnt.

Unsere Interessen drehen sich hauptsächlich um Musik, das Leben & gutes Essen, welche sich auch auf unsere Berufe und Hobbys auswirken. Es wird gerne jegliche Art von Musik gespielt und aufgelegt. Ab und zu gut und international gekocht.

Bad & Klo sind getrennt, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler + 2 große Kühlschränke vorhanden.
Die Küche wird noch komplettiert durch Toaster, Mikrowelle und weitere nützliche Kochutensilien. Die WG besitzt einen kleinen Balkon, den man bei Bedarf mitbenützen kann.
150 Mbit/s Internet beruhigt die Streaming-Seele und in online meetings.

Wir sind grundlegend keine Zweck-WG, und alle verstehen sich sehr gut miteinander. Solltest du gerne für dich alleine dahinleben wollen ist das auch absolut kein Problem.

Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit (vor allem eine aufgeräumte Küche) ist uns sehr wichtig.
Unkompliziert, offenes Denken, Rücksicht und Ehrlichkeit deinen Mitbewohnern gegenüber helfen dabei unser Zusammenleben zu verschönern und Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.

Our interests mainly revolve around music, life, and good food, which also influence our professions and hobbies. All kinds of music are played and enjoyed, and international cooking is done occasionally.

The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and 2 large refrigerators available. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, and other useful cooking utensils. The shared apartment has a small balcony that you can use if needed. 150 Mbit/s internet satisfies the streaming enthusiasts and calm online meetings.

Fundamentally, we are not a purely functional shared apartment, and everyone gets along very well with each other. If you prefer to be on your own, that's absolutely not a problem.

A certain level of cleanliness (especially a tidy kitchen) is very important to us. Being uncomplicated, open-minded, considerate, and honest towards your roommates helps to enhance our coexistence and prevent misunderstandings.
