The heart of our home is on the first floor, where you’ll find a spacious living area with an eat-in kitchen. The apartment boasts two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and a combined bathtub/shower for your convenience. Everything except for the available room is fully furnished and ready to use.
**About Your Room:**
Your private space, approximately 14m², is located on the first floor and offers a tranquil view of the green courtyard. It comes with a few pieces of furniture, including a chair and a large Pax closet.

Das Herz unseres Zuhauses ist im ersten Stock, wo Sie einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit einer Wohnküche finden. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, jedes mit Toilette und einer Kombination aus Badewanne/Dusche. Alles außer dem verfügbaren Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und sofort nutzbar.

Our home is centrally located in the 7th district, conveniently situated between the Zieglergasse U3 and Westbahnhof/Stadthalle U6 metro stations, both approximately an 8-minute walk away. This excellent public transport connectivity allows for quick and easy access to all parts of Vienna.
The house is nestled in a tranquil inner courtyard, shielded from street noise, providing a peaceful environment. The courtyard is lovingly maintained by the residents of the complex and is lush with plants.

To be honest, having lived in Vienna for nearly 6 years, this is one of the nicest shared apartments (WGs) I've ever come across. Spanning three floors with a super cool outdoor terrace linked to an indoor chill-out area, it's fantastic for both summer and winter. Additionally, the neighborhood is amazing, brimming with lively bars and restaurants. It truly feels more like a house than just an apartment.
