Das Zimmer, welches vermietet wird, besteht aus zwei Zimmern.
Es ist ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer.
Die zwei Zimmer bewohnen normalerweise Georg und Viki.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zu Hanna's Zimmer. Hanna wird erst ab ca. dem 24.2 in Wien sein, daher kann das Wohnzimmer ungestört genutzt werden.
Es liegt in einer schönen, hellen Altbauwohnung.
The free room are actually two rooms, one living room and one bedroom.
Normally Viki and Georg are living in those two rooms.
The living room is also a corridor to Hannas room. But Hanna won't be in Vienna until around 24.2, so the room can be used undisturbed.
The apartment is in a beautiful, bright old building.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im 7ten Bezirk.
Innerhalb von 5min zu fuß ist man auf der Mariahilferstraße und in max. 10min im Museumsquatier.
Der 13A hält direkt vor der Tür und auch die Straßenbahnlinie 49.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es alle möglichen und zum Teil nur eine Gehminute entfernt.
Es gibt viele Bars und Cafes und Geschäfte im Umkreis.
Die Neubaugasse ist eine Begegnungszone, wodurch es Autotechnisch ruhig ist.
The apartment is in the 7th district which is quite in the center. With in 5 minutes walking you are on the shopping street Maria hilfer and with in 10 min in the Museumsquartier.
A bus and a tram are directly infront of the building. The Naubaugasse is a quite street with few cars. There are a lot of grocery stores, bars and cafe's nearby.
Normalerweise sind wir eine 4er WG und es leben Georg, Viki, Lucas und Kathi in der WG.
Viki und Georg vermieten dieses Zimmer und werden somit nicht da sein.
Lucas ist für das ganze Sommersemester nicht da und hat eine Zwischenmieterin drin, welche voraussichtlich ab dem 23.2 einziehen wird.
Kathi ist die ganze Zeit über in der Wohnung. Sie ist super lieb und gesellig.
Normally 4 people are living in the apartment Georg, Viki, Lucas and Kathi.
Viki and Georg are renting this room.
Lucas is renting his room to Hanna.
But Kathi will be the hole time in the apartment, she is really nice and likes to be in company.
