Vorab: Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, über die Mietdauer und das genaue Einzugsdatum können wir quatschen. Bin offen für ein befristetes Mietverhältnis, falls du nur temporär in Wien bist; wenn's gut passt aber auch für was längerfristiges :) da das Zimmer nicht so groß ist, kann ich mir auch eine*n Pendler*in gut vorstellen! Schreib mir bitte in deiner Nachricht direkt, was für einen Zeitraum du dir vorstellst.
Das Zimmer ist 13m² groß, mit allem Nötigen möbliert (Bett, ausziehbares Recamière, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch + Sessel, Nachtkasten) und westseitig in den Innenhof ausgerichtet. Das heißt trotz tiptop Lage im 7. Bezirk ist es schön ruhig und hell. Die Miete beträgt 510€ all inclusive und die Kaution ist mit knapp 3x Monatsmieten bei 1500€.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Liftstock und ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, etc. - nur eine Spülmaschine fehlt leider, was der Altbaucharme aber wieder wett macht ;) Alle Zimmer sind zentral über den Gang begehbar und das WC ist vom Bad getrennt.

PLEASE READ: The room is available from now on, I'm flexible about the exact move-in date and rental period though, so we can chat about that. I'm open to a temporary sublease if you're in Vienna for Erasmus/ an internship etc. but also someone who wants to move-in long-term if the vibe is right. Commuters are welcome as well! Please let me know in your message how long you're planning to stay.
The room has 13m², is furnished (bed, chaise longue, clothes rack, desk + chair, bedside table) and faces the inner courtyard on the west side. So despite the central location in the 7th district, it is quiet and bright. The rent is €510 all inclusive and the deposit is roughly 3x monthly rent at €1500.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (there's an elevator) and is fully equipped with a washing machine, stove, coffee machine, etc. - unfortunately there's no dishwasher, but the charm of the old building makes up for it ;) All rooms are centrally accessible via the hallway and the toilet is seperate from the bathroom.
No pets/ no smoking in the apartment
Die Lage ist super mit vielen coolen Lokalen und Geschäften in der Gegend, alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. In ein paar Minuten ist man auf der Mariahilfer Straße oder am Wiener Linien Verkehrsmittel deiner Wahl (U3/U6 Westbahnhof, Bim Linien 5/ 49).

Great location with lots of cool restaurants and shops in the area, all within walking distance. In a few minutes you reach Mariahilfer Straße or the public transport of your choice (subway U3/U6 Westbahnhof, tram lines 5 and 49).

Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, bin im Masterstudium und werde in Kürze einen neuen Job starten.
Sonst probiere ich mich gerade durch Eversports Angebote (hauptsächlich Yoga und Pilates) und freue mich über Begleitungen, mag diverses an Musik, Kino, Konzerten, Diskussionen über das soziale und kulturelle Geschehen, Kochen + Backen, probiere mich durch Cafés und Secondhandshops oder bin mit Freund*innen unterwegs. Für einen entspannten Kaffee oder Wein am Abend kann man mich auch immer begeistern!
Am liebsten wäre mir eine aufgeschlossene, kommunikative Person, die Lust auf eine freundschaftliche, lustige WG-Atmosphäre hat. Wäre super, wenn du in Bezug auf Ordnung eine gesunde Portion Eigenverantwortlichkeit mitbringst und im Zuhause eher einen Ort zum Runterkommen siehst. WG-Parties wird es hier keine geben, aber in kleiner Runde gemütlich zusammensitzen geht natürlich klar.
