Wir vermieten ein 30m² großes Zimmer und 3m² eines gemeinsamen Lagerraums in einer großen WG (192m²) mitten im Siebten. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit typisch hohen Wänden, großen Fenstern und Fischgrätenparkett. Dein Zimmer besitzt eine große Fensterreihe, die sehr viel Tageslicht spendet. Wir haben neben deinem Zimmer auch ein 5. Zimmer freistehen, das wir aber aktuell nicht vermieten möchten, weil es zu viert einfach gemütlicher ist. Wir würden uns die Miete für den 12m² großen Raum daher zu viert teilen und ihn als Hobby- und/oder Lagerraum nutzen.
Wir haben eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Backofen, einem neuen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und allem, was man sonst so brauchen kann. Im ebenfalls geräumigen Bad befindet sich neben der Dusche auch eine nagelneue Waschmaschine. Im Gang gibt's zwei WCs - eines davon sogar mit Oldschool-Radio!
Das Herz unser WG ist jedoch der Vorraum, der gleichermaßen stylisch wie gemütlich ist und zum gemeinsamen Abhängen einlädt. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Balkon, den wir zwar über den Winter etwas vernachlässigt haben, aber für den Sommer gerade neu herrichten :).

We rent a 30m² room and 3m² of a shared hobby/storage room in a large shared flat (192m²) in the middle of the seventh district. The apartment is an old building with typical high walls, large windows and herringbone parquet flooring. Your room has a large row of windows that provide plenty of natural light. We also have a 5th spare room available apart from yours, but we don't want to rent it out at the moment because it's simply more comfortable with four people. We would therefore share the rent for the 12m² room with the four of us and use it as a hobby and/or storage room.
We have a large kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, new fridge, coffee machine, microwave and everything else you could possibly need. The bathroom is also very spacious and has a brand new washing machine. There are two toilets in the corridor.
However, the heart of our shared flat is the lobby, which is as stylish as it is cozy and invites you to hang out together. We also have a small balcony, which we have somewhat disregarded over the winter, but are currently renovating for the summer.

Die WG befindet sich in einer absoluten Traumlage - du genießt die Vorzüge des Siebten Bezirks mit all seinen kleinen und großen Läden. Alles, was du so zum Leben brauchst, ist durch die Nähe zur Mariahilfer Straße in 500 Metern Gehweite erreichbar, Billa und Lidl sind gegenüber. Die Bim ist ums Eck und auch bei der Ubahn bist du in 5-7 Gehminuten (Westbahnhof oder Zieglerstraße). In der direkten Umgebung tummeln sich auch viele nette Bars und Restaurants.

The shared flat is located in an excellent area - you can enjoy the perks of the vibrant seventh district with all its small and large shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you need to live is within 500 meters walking distance thanks to the proximity to Mariahilfer Straße, Billa and Lidl are even directly opposite. The Bim is around the corner and the subway is a 5-7 minute walk away (Westbahnhof or Zieglerstraße).

Bei deinem Einzug wohnst du mit Oskar (27), Max (30) und Rudi (29) zusammen. Du beziehst das Zimmer von Nila (25), die uns leider verlässt. Wir sind eine gemischte WG aus Studierenden und Arbeitenden. Unser WG-Leben ist durchaus freundschaftlich geprägt und wir verbringen gern Zeit miteinander. Für nette Talks und spontane WG-Abende sind wir genauso zu haben wie für eine gute Party ab und an. Gleichzeitig achten wir aber auch auf die Grenzen der anderen und ziehen uns gern mal zurück. Wir halten unsere Wohnung sauber und stellen auch einen Putzplan auf, niemand reißt dir aber den Kopf ab, wenn du mal was vergisst. Kleine alltägliche Unstimmigkeiten sprechen wir in der Regel direkt an, weil keiner von uns Bock auf passiv-aggressive WG-Streitigkeiten hat. Wir sind LGBTQIA+ freundlich und haben zb auch keine Toleranz für Rassismus oder andere Diskriminierungsformen.
Bei deinem Einzug sind wir 3 Männer in der WG - wir wollen aber wieder eine gute Mischung in die Bude bekommen. Wir suchen daher vorzugsweise eine nicht-männliche Person, die einen ähnlich entspannten Lifestyle und Umgang wie wir pflegt und ebenso aufgeschlossen wie grenzachtend wohnt und lebt. Es ist allerdings kein Ausschlusskriterium, ein Dude zu sein, schreib uns trotzdem - wenn es passt, dann passt's.

When you move in, you live with Oskar (27), Max (30) and Rudi (29). You move into the room of Nila (25), who would prefer to live alone at the moment. We are a mixed flat share made up of students and working people. Our shared flat life is very friendy and we enjoy spending time together. We're just as happy to have nice chats and spontaneous shared evenings as we are to have a good party once in a while. However, we also respect each other's boundaries and like to retreat from time to time. We keep our apartment clean and have a cleaning schedule, but no one will rip your head off if you forget something. We usually address small everyday disagreements directly because none of us want a passive-aggressive atmosphere.
You will be living with three men, but we aim to have a good mix in the flat again. We are therefore preferably looking for a non-male person who has a similarly relaxed lifestyle and who lives and acts in a way that is both open-minded and respectful of boundaries. However, being a dude is not an exclusion criteria, write us anyway - if its a match, its a match.
