Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Hochbett. Abgesehen davon wird das Zimmer unmöbliert weitergegeben (eventuell kann ich ein Regal da lassen). Das Fenster des angebotenen Zimmers geht auf die Lerchenfelder Straße.
Neben den drei WG-Zimmern gibt es einen Aufenthaltsraum (mit Couch, Esstisch und Regal; das Fenster geht zum Innenhof), eine Küche, ein Bad, ein separates WC und eine Abstellkammer. Im Bad befinden sich eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet (mit Geschirrspüler, vier Herdplatten, Ofen, großem Kühlschrank + Tiefkühltruhe, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Töpfen, Pfannen, etc.). Im Hof kannst du dein Fahrrad abstellen.
Der angegebene Preis schließt alle Kosten mit ein (Miete, Strom, Gas, Internet).

There is a loft bed in the offered room. Apart from that, the room will be passed on unfurnished (I might leave a shelf there if necessary). The window of the room faces Lerchenfelder Straße.
In addition to the three individual rooms, there is a common space (with a couch, dining table and shelves; the window faces the courtyard), a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped (with dishwasher, four hotplates, oven, large fridge + freezer, microwave, enough pots, pans, etc.). In the court you can park your bike.
The price includes all costs (rent, electricity, gas, internet).
Von hier aus erreichst du sehr viel zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad. Die Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars ist sehr groß! In der Nähe gibt es viele Bäckereien, Buchläden und Supermärkte (Spar, Hofer, Billa, Denns; auch DM und Bipa). Der Josef-Strauss-Park und der Hamerlingpark sind gleich nebenan.
Auch mit den Öffis bist du bestens verbunden. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es die Straßenbahnlinien 2, 5, 33 und 46er. In weniger als 10mn kommt man zur U6-Station Thaliastraße. Den Ring erreicht man in 10mn, zur Mahü geht man in 15mn.

You can reach a lot on foot or by bike directly from the flat. The choice of fancy restaurants, shops and bars in the neighbourhood is very large. There are many bakeries, bookstores and supermarkets nearby (Spar, Hofer, Billa, Denns; also DM and Bipa). The Josef-Strauss-Park and the Hamerlingpark are right next door.
You are also well connected by public transport. Nearby are the tram lines 2, 5, 33 and 46. In less than 10mn you can reach the U6 station Thaliastraße. The Ring can be reached in 10mn on foot, the Mariahilfer Str. in 15mn.
Du wirst mit Kirstine (23) und Hannah (23) zusammenwohnen. Hannah wird allerdings im Juni ausziehen, also wenn du zeitnah gemeinsam mit einer zweiten Person einziehen willst, wäre das auch möglich.
Wir sind eine offene und tolerante WG, momentan
genießen wir ein ruhiges Miteinander, aber weil zwei von uns demnächst ausziehen und zwei Neue einziehen werden, fällt uns die Beschreibung des zukünftigen WG-Lebens schwer... das Zusammenleben könnt ihr dann selber neu gestalten :)

Ich bin letztes Jahr von Kopenhagen nach Wien gezogen, um Literatur zu studieren, und das Leben in Wien gefällt mir sehr. Zur Zeit mache ich ein Praktikum im Institut für Gender Studies an der CEU. Ich bin ein entspannter Mensch, ich lese und mache gerne mein Zuhause zu einem gemütlichen Ort, also würde ich mich freuen, eine*n zukünftige*n Mitbewohner*in zu finden, die auch manchmal gemeinsam kochen oder einfach eine Tasse Kaffee in der Küche trinken will. Ich habe mir vorgenommen, das Nähen und Boxen zu lernen, aber das sind langfristige Projekte ☺️ Ich freue mich darauf, dich bald kennenzulernen!

You will live with Kirstine (23) and Hannah (23). But Hannah is moving out in June, if you planned to move in together with a second person, therefore that would also be possible.
We are an open-minded and tolerant WG. Because two of us will move out soon and two new people will move in, it is difficult for us to describe the future WG-life... then you can actively participate in redesigning it :)
Here a short description of Kirstine:
I moved here to Vienna from Copenhagen last year, to study literature and I really love being in Vienna. Right now I am doing an internship at the Gender Studies department on the CEU. I like to hang out and read and make my home a cozy place, so I would be happy to find a future roommate who would also want to cook together sometimes or just drink a long cup of coffee in the kitchen. In my freetime, I am trying to learn how to sew and how to box, but these have been long-on-going processes ☺️ I will look forward to meeting you!

Wir suchen bevorzugt nach einer Person, die längerfristig in der Wohnung bleiben will (keine Zwischenmiete).
Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht, wo du dich kurz vorstellst und sagst, was du so machst! Das Zimmer kann ab dem 26. April besichtigt werden (online-Besichtigungen sind auch möglich). Der Einzug kann auch ein paar Tage vor dem 15. Mai stattfinden.
