Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein! In 5 Min Fußweg ist man bei der U6, die einen schnell in die Innenstadt aber auch direkt zur Donau fährt. Ansonsten sind die Straßenbahnlinien 2,5 & 33 jeweils nur 5 Min entfernt und den 13A Bus erreicht man ebenfalls in nur 8 Min.
Der Bezirk ist super schön & der perfekte Mix aus Wiener Tradition und studentischem Leben. Man ist umzingelt von super Cafés und Bars und der Yppenplatz ist gleich um's Eck. Der Gürtel für durchtanzte Nächte ist auch quasi vor der Haustür, wobei die Wohnung selbst in einer ruhigeren Straße liegt.

The location could not be better! In 5 min walk you are at the U6, which takes you quickly to the city center but also directly to the Danube. Otherwise, the tram 2,5 & 33 are each only 5 min away and the 13A bus can also be reached in only 8 min.
The district is super nice & the perfect mix of Viennese tradition and student life. You are surrounded by great cafes and bars and the Yppenplatz is just around the corner. The Gürtel for dancing through the night is also near, although the apartment itself is located in a quieter street.

Maria macht gerade die Ausbildung zur Goldschmiedin, Alina ist in der Psychotherapeutinnenausbildung und Jojo studiert Architektur. Wir sind alle gut befreundet und verbringen oft Zeit zusammen in unserem Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon. Auch außerhalb der WG machen wir gern Dinge zusammen, alle haben immer ein offenes Ohr und nicht selten verquatscht man sich bei Kaffee oder Wein auf dem Sofa. Es sind aber auch alle recht busy und jeder nimmt sich Zeit für sich.

Maria is currently training to be a jeweler, Alina is training to be a psychotherapist and Jojo is studying architecture. We are all good friends and often spend time together in our living room or on the balcony. We also like to do things together outside the shared flat, everyone always has an open ear, and it's not unusual for us to chat on the sofa over coffee or wine. But we are also all quite busy and everyone takes time for themselves.
