Es ist voll möbliert, liegt an einer ruhigen Straße und ist liebevoll mit Pflanzen dekoriert. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, vollausgestattete Küche etc. Das Haus hat sogar einen Aufzug.
I am offering my cozy room in a beautifully renovated old building for sublet and am looking for a responsible person. It is fully furnished, located on a quiet street, and lovingly decorated with plants. The flat has a big living room, fully equipped kitchen etc. The building is really beautiful and even has an elevator.
Die Wohnung befindet sich die Wohnung in einer absoluten Traumlage im 8. Bezirk, direkt am Rathaus. Nur 1 Gehminute von der Tram 2 Haltestelle Rathaus und wenige Gehminuten zur Haltestelle Parlament, wo man Tram D oder 71 etc. erwischt. Supermärkte und alles Nötige sind in der Nähe, und unser Stamm Wiener Kaffeehaus liegt direkt am Ende der Straße. Aktuell ist auch der schöne Weihnachtsmarkt am Rathaus ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is in an absolute dream location in the 8th district, right next to the town hall. It's just a 1-minute walk from the Tram 2 stop at Rathaus and a few minutes' walk to the Parliament stop where you can catch Tram D, 71, etc. Supermarkets and everything you need are nearby, and our regular Viennese coffee house is right at the end of the street. Currently, there also is the beautiful Rathaus Christmas Market near by.
In unserer WG herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Über die Winterferien wird es wahrscheinlich ruhig sein, und du könntest die Wohnung sogar teilweise für dich haben. Einige von uns arbeiten, andere studieren. Adrian ist ein total lieber Kerl aus Argentinien und über Weihnachten und Neujahr auch zur Untermiete in einem anderen Zimmer. Wir sprechen manchmal Englisch, manchmal Deutsch und sind generell international aufgestellt.
There's a relaxed atmosphere in our shared apartment. It will probably be quiet over the winter holidays, and you might even have the apartment to yourself at times. Some of us work, others study. Adrian is a very lovely guy from Argentinia and stays in another room for Christmas and New Years. We sometimes speak English, sometimes German, and are generally international.
Die Wohnung bietet sich perfekt als Ort für die Weihnachtszeit an oder als Basis für längerfristige Wohnungssuche. Wenn du noch Fragen hast, melde dich gerne. Wir können auch eine persönliche Tour organisieren oder einen Videoanruf, wenn du nicht in der Stadt bist.
