Hallo, ich bin Carlotta (23 Jahre alt) und suche ab 01.02.24 oder alternativ ab 01.03.24 eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter, wunderschöner Altbau, der sehr lichtdurchflutet ist, da er sich im 3. Liftstock befindet (eigentlich 5. Liftstock, da noch Mezzanin und Hochparterre vorhanden sind) .
Das Zimmer hat 20 qm und ist durch ein großes östlich gelegenes Fenster sehr hell. Der wunderschöne Stuck an der Decke rundet das Wohlfühl-Feeling bestens ab. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet zudem zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ein 60qm großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Wanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine, eine separate Toilette und ein separater Abstellraum gegenüber der Wohnung.
Das zweite Zimmer mit 20 qm wird von mir genutzt.

The apartment is a renovated, beautiful old building, which is very flooded with light, as it is located on the 3rd floor (actually 5th floor, as there are still mezzanine and raised ground floor) .
The room has 20 qm and is very bright due to a large east-facing window. The beautiful stucco on the ceiling completes the feel-good feeling in the best way. The room is unfurnished.
The apartment also includes for common use a 60 qm living and dining room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with two sinks, tub, shower and washing machine, a separate toilet and a separate storage room opposite the apartment.
The second room with 20 qm is used by me.
Die WG befindet sich im angesagten 8. Bezirk (Josefstadt). Die Gegend hat einfach tollen Charme und Charakter. 😉
Die Straßenbahnen 2, 5 und 33 sind in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen. U6 Josefstäder Straße und Bus 13A sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Daher beste Anbindung an das AKH und die Meduni Wien, sowie in den ersten als auch siebten und neunten Bezirk. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, dm, Bipa, usw) sowie der schöne Hamerlingpark sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich bin Medizin Studentin im 9. Semester. Bin immer gut gelaunt und kommunikativ offen.
Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin hat ihr Studium beendet und ist mit ihrem Freund zusammengezogen.
Deswegen suche ich nun jemanden neuen, der gerne mal zusammen abhängt, aber auch den Freiraum des anderen respektiert.
Die Wohnung hat dafür die perfekte Aufteilung.
