Hello Zusammen! Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts muss ich mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer inkl. süßen Mitbewohner*innen im Juni verlassen. Da es sich aber am besten in Vollbesetzung in unserer 4er-WG lebt, suche ich für Juni/Juli eine*n zuverlässige*n Zwischenmieter*in. Flexible Zeiträume sind möglich! Hier die Eckdaten:
MITBEWOHNER*INNEN
In der WG leben Marisa (23, Kunstgeschichte), Anna-Lena (24, Medizinstudentin) und Jan (27, Consultant mit Herz). Gemeinschaftliches Kochen, Trinken und Fortgehen ist mit den Lieben immer drin, zudem legen wir Wert auf ein rücksichtsvolles und harmonisches Zusammenleben. Wir helfen uns gegenseitig und es gibt immer offene Ohren und Ansprechpartner!
ZIMMER, WOHNUNG & LAGE
Das Zimmer hat tollen Flair, ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden und vollmöbliert. Es hat genug Stauraum für deine Sachen und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung, da das Fenster zur Seitenstraße raus geht. In der Miete inkludiert sind sämtliche Kosten und zudem auch die Nutzung meines umfangreich ausgestatteten Arbeitsplatzes (4K Monitor, HD Webcam, Whiteboard, Drucker). Somit unterstützt dich das Zimmer ebenfalls neue Produktivitätslevel zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat neben den herzlichen Einwohnern einen cuten Balkon, Wohnküche (mit Geschirrspüler) extra WC (mit Waschmaschine), sowie großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die WG befindet sich in toller Lage im 8. Bezirk zwischen Rathaus und Volkstheater mit sämtlichen Supermärkten und sonstigen Institutionen des alltäglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Super ÖPNV-Anbindung (Bus 13A (Hbf), Bus 43A, U3 (Volkstheater), D-/1-/2-/U2Z-/46-/71-Bim).

ZEITRAUM & KOSTEN
Das Zimmer ist ab 22.06.24 bis einschließlich 22.07.24 verfügbar, wobei auch eine flexible Anpassung des Zeitraums möglich ist. Die Miete beläuft sich auf €670 pro Monat (alles inkludiert) und die Kaution beträgt €500.

Hi Everybody! Because of a stay abroad I am going to leave my beloved room as well as my sweet flatmates behind. Therefore, I am looking for a subtenant for June/Juli. Please find some key information below:
FLATMATES
You will be living with 3 amazing flatmates: Marisa (22, Art History), Anna-Lena (24, Medicine) and Jan (27, Consultant with a heart). We enjoy communal activities like cooking, going out for drinks or having a chill evening at home. We appreciate a “considerate mode of co-existence” and a harmonic atmosphere in our shared accommodation (WG). Moreover, we always try to help each other out and have good conversations.
ROOM, FLAT & LOCATION
The room itself is quite spacious and fully furnished; there is enough storage space for all of your belongings. The room is located in a quiet area; windows facing a side street. The usage of my extensively equipped workplace (4K monitor, HD webcam, whiteboard, printer) is included in the monthly rent.
Besides the lovely housemates the flat has a cute little balcony, big kitchen (incl. dishwasher), WC (incl. washing machine), bathroom (incl. shower and bathtub), and elevator. The WG is conveniently situated in the 8th district of Josephstadt in-bewteen Rathaus and Volksthater, right next to various supermarkets and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, superb public transportation accessibility is provided: Bus 13A (Hbf), Bus 43A, U3 (Volkstheater), D-/1-/2-/U2Z-/46-/71-Tram.

RENTING PERIOD & COSTS
The room is available starting from June 22th until July 22nd, 2024. More flexible durations can be arranged. The rent amounts to €670 per month (incl. all bills) and the deposit is €500.
