I will be traveling home for the summer and am looking for someone to sublet my room from mid-June until September.
The room is very large, has amble storage and wardrobe space. It has three large angled windows which allows for lots of light. In addition to the giant living & dining space, there is a home-office space on the second floor (yes, we have a second floor!) with a balcony overlooking the living room.

About the flat:
The apartment is about 160 square meters and you would share it with one girl from France, one guy from Germany and one guy from Peru. So, quite an international vibe. The toilet and bathroom are separate and you share it only with 2 people as Sharleyne has her own bathroom. There is also an incredibly large living room and on the 2nd floor an office area that we use for home office.
The room costs 600 Euro per month (excluding electricity/heating). I would leave the furniture (as you see it on the photos - bed, wardrobe, side cabinet, desk, chair, lamps, fan, mirror) in the room for your use.
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Rathaus, you can walk 10 minutes to reach the metro station Volkstheater or use one of the many trams that are a few steps away, such as line 2. The area of the flat is really central and you also have many restaurants/bars around. The nearest tram is a few minutes' walk from the flat.

We would preferably be looking for a young professional who would consider themselves as a social person. They are super friendly and also enjoy doing something together on the evenings and weekends. Since we have a small home office on the 2nd floor, we can also work together.
