Breitenfeldergasse, 8. Bezirk Wien. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock eines Eckhauses an der Gürtel-Innenseite. Gehweg zu den U6-Stationen Alser Straße und Josefstädter Straße jeweils ca 5 Minuten, genauso zu den Straßenbahnlinien 2, 43 und 44 und einigen anderen. Die Wohnung ist also gut an die Innenstadt angebunden, Hauptuni ist binnen ca 15 Minuten erreichbar, WU und TU jeweils ca 25-30 Minuten. Nur bei offenem Fenster hört man den Verkehr am Gürtel laut, daran gewöhnt man sich aber schnell.

Breitenfeldergasse, 8. District Vienna. The flat is in the second floor of a corner house at the inner side of the Gürtel. Walking distance to the U6 station Alser Straße and Josefstädter Straße about 5 minutes each, same to the tram 2, 43 and 44 and some others. So the flat is well connected to the city center, the University of Vienna is reachable in 15 minutes, WU and TU 25-30 minutes each. With open windows the traffic from the Gürtel is pretty audible, but usually one gets used to that quickly.

In unserer 3 Personen-WG wird ab Mai ein Zimmer frei! Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, studiere Physik an der TU und wohne seit 2013 hier. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 23, studiert Transkulturelle Kommunikation an der Hauptuni, und wohnt seit 2018 hier. Unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin zieht Anfang Mai aus, daher suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner. Wir beide verbringen relativ viel Zeit an der Uni, in der Arbeit oder zB beim Sporteln auswärts, über eine nette Plauderei während dem Kochen freuen wir uns aber immer. Außerdem ist uns Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, wenn du also schon mal in einer WG gewohnt hast und einen Putzplan einhalten kannst, sind wir auf einer Wellenlänge! :-)

Grundsätzlich freuen wir uns, wenn wir eine längerfristige Mitbewohnerin bzw. Mitbewohner finden (1 Jahre +), wenn aber sonst alles super passt ist das Zimmer auch für kurzfristige Miete verfügbar (6-12 Monate).

From december there is a free room in our three people shared apartment! I'm 26 years old, study physics at the TU and live here since 2013. My flatmate(f) is 23, studies transcultural communications at the University of Vienna and lives here since 2018. Our third roommate moves out by the beginning of may, therefore we are looking for a new roommate (f/m). We both spend a lot of time at the University, at work or somewhere else away from home f.i. doing sports, but we appreciate every chat f.i. while cooking. Apart from that cleanness is very important to us, so if you have lived in a shared flat already and are used to follow a cleaning roster, then we are on the same page! :-)

We are happy if we can find a long-term roommate (1 year or longer), although if everything else is a match we are open for short term rent (about 6-12 month) as well.
