Bis meine neue Mitbewohnerin Anfang Dezember einzieht, steht bei mir in der Wohnung ein Zimmer frei (Mietdauer flexibel). Nun handelt es sich zwar nur um einen kurzen Zeitraum, aber vielleicht suchst du ja gerade etwas zur Überbrückung, bist ev. neu in der Stadt oder hättest gerne einen Home-Office Stützpunkt etwas getrennt vom eigentlichen Heim?
Until my new flatmate is moving in at the beginning of December I have a spare room for rent in my flat. Though it's indeed a very short period, maybe you're just looking for some intermediate solution, you are new in the city or want to have a home-office base which is a bit separated from your actual home?
Es handelt sich um eine kleine, gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Vom Vorraum aus sind alle anderen Räume separat begehbar: die zwei Zimmer, Küche, Bad und WC. Der Vorraum selbst wird als Gemeinschaftsraum mit Essplatz genützt.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen Kasten, einen Schreibtisch und eine Couch.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher Wohnung. Heißt, ohne Ausnahmen: Kein Rauchen in der Wohnung - da es da zuweilen schon Missverständnisse gab ;).
Kosten
Miete: 15 Eur/Tag (inkl. Strom/Gas, Internet, etc.), bzw. solltest du das Zimmer nur als Home-Office nützen wollen gerne auch weniger :).
Kaution: 100 Eur

A room in a 53m2 shared flat of two is available from November 23rd (renting time flexible), as my flatmate will be due to Covid-19 for a longer period abroad.
It’s a rather small, but cosy flat with a good transport connection. All rooms (the two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet) are separately accessible from the hall, which is used as a common room with a dining table.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, couch and closet.
The flat is a non-smoking one, meaning no smoking at all inside. - Just to be clear, as there have occured some misunderstandings before ;).
expenses
rent: 15 Eur/day (including gas/electricity, internet, etc.), if you want to use the room just as a home-office place we could talk about the price :)
deposit: 100 Eur
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Parallelgasse zum Gürtel. In kurzer Gehdistanz befinden sich U6 (Station Josefstädter Straße), bzw. die Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 33. In der Josefstädter Straße befinden sich außerdem Supermärkte und allerlei Geschäfte. Zum Brunnenmarkt und Yppenplatz sind es nur gut 5 min. Fußweg.

The house is situated in a quiet parallel street to the “Gürtel” (big street circling the inner-Viennese districts). There is a good public transport connection, with the tube U6 (station Josefstädter Straße) and the trams number 5 and 33 are in walking distance. Furthermore there are all kind of shops one might need for daily supply in Josfestädter Straße, as well as the Brunnenmarkt (a lively market) in about 5 min. walking distance.
Unser WG-Leben würde ich als unkompliziert und respektvoll sehen. Ich bin zeitweise recht beschäftigt, für ein Gespräch zwischendurch, ein gemeinsamen Kaffee oder mal ein Glas Wein aber sehr gerne zu haben und schätze ein gutes Miteinander. Am Abend bin ich auch immer mal wieder bei meinem Freund, da hast du dann die Wohnung ganz für dich :).
Ein grundsätzlicher Sinn für Sauberkeit und das Einhalten des gemeinsamen Putzplans wären mir wichtig - ohne dabei allzu pedantisch zu sein.

I'm quite busy, nevertheless, I appreciate very much a good basis for conversations and to get together over one or the other cup of coffee or glas of wine at times. As I'm staying some nights at my boyfriend's place, you will have the flat all for yourself from time to time :).
I would set value on a common understanding of cleanness and regularly shared cleaning, yet with enough space for a bit of controlled disorder.
