Das Zimmer ist langezogen, hat hohe frischgestrichen weiße Wände und wird mittags von der Sonne in ein angenehm helles Licht getaucht. Die kleine Tür die die Ecke des Zimmers ziert, führt in den Gang der wiederum mit allen restlichen Zimmern verbunden ist und von einem entzückenden Kronleuchter erhellt wird.
Das nördlich ausgerichtete Fenster gibt den Blick auf den Innenhof frei, was das Zimmer zu einem der ruhigsten Orte in der Wohnung macht, zudem das Fenster neu und somit auch gut isoliert ist.

Is given unfurnished.
The room is long, has high freshly painted white walls and is bathed in a pleasantly bright light from the sun at noon. The small door that adorns the corner of the room leads into the hallway, which in turn is connected to all the remaining rooms and is lit by a charming chandelier.
The north-facing window overlooks the courtyard, which makes the room one of the quietest places in the apartment, moreover, the window is new and therefore well insulated.
Rent includes electricity, internet etc.
Öffentliche Verkehrmittel:
Straßenbahn 44er und 43er sind direkt um die Ecke und ca. 3 min entfernt, 2er, 33er und 5er sind in ca. 6min in der anderen Richtung erreichbar. Ubahn U6 Stationen Alser Straße und Josefstädter Straße sind jeweils 5min entfernt.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Hofer, Billa, Spar, Bipa, DM, und Bäckerei Schwarz (in der man öfters ein gratis Weckerl oder ein Süßgebäck geschenkt bekommt), sind alle in ca. 5min zu erreichen.

Praktisch ist auch die ebenfalls 5min entfernte Post, mit einerseits Schalter aber auch einer 24h lang geöffneten Abholstation.
Kleine Cafés, Restaurants und Clubs, sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ist vor einem Jahr von Berlin nach Wien gezogen. Die ursprünglichen Ambitionen im Mathestudium aufgegeben, entschied er sich dem „Lebe wohl!“ zu sagen. Nach einigen abenteuerlichen Monaten fängt er nun an die grandiosen Tiefen der Wirtschaftswissenschaften zu erkunden und sich als Schriftsteller auszuprobieren.
