Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Person (männlich zwischen 20 und 30+ Jahre alt), mit der ich meine Wohnung für etwa ein Semester teilen kann. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er WG, das heißt, nur ich bin derzeit in der Wohnung und ich werde mein Wohnzimmer zu vermieten geben.
Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß und ist möbliert. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Sofa, ein Tisch mit Stuhl und ein Bücherregal. Es fehlen das Bett und ein Kleiderschrank, obwohl wir eine Lösung dafür finden können.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Bad (Dusche) und WC, eine gute Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc. und eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die beiden Zimmer sind durch einen Gang getrennt und somit unabhängig voneinander begehbar.
Das Haus ist ein sehr schönes Wiener Gründerzeithaus aus den 1850er Jahren und ein geräumiger Aufzug ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

I am currently searching for a person (male between 20 and 30+ years old) to share my apartment with for around one semester. The room is available from right away.
The apartment is a 2-person apartment, this means only I am currently living in it and I will be giving my living room for rent. The room is 20 m2 and is furnished. In the room you will find a sofa, a table with a chair and a Bookshelf. Missing are the bed and a wardrobe although we can find a solution about that.
The apartment is complete with a separate bathroom (shower) and WC, a good kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. and a washing machine is also available.
Separating the two rooms is a corridor so they are independently accessible.
The House is a very beautiful Viennese house from the 1850s and a spacious elevator is also present.
5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie D, die Sie in 25 Minuten in das Zentrum bringt.
Ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt befinden sich Spar Gourmet, Bipa und Dm und ein großes Plus ist der Billa im Franz-Josephs-Bahnhof, der jeden Tag (auch Samstag und Sonntag) bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Die naheliegende U-Bahn-Station ist die U4-Station Roßauer Lände, die in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

5 minutes away from the apartment there is the tram station for the tram D that leads you to the center in 25 minutes.
Also 5 minutes away you have Spar Gourmet, Bipa and Dm and a very big plus is the Billa in the Franz-Josephs-Bahnhof that is open every day of the week until 10pm.
The nearest metro station is the U4 station Roßauer Lände, which is 7 minutes away by foot.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und komme aus Italien. Ich schließe gerade meinen Master in Architektur an der TU Wien ab und reise viel, so dass ich oft für längere Zeit weg von der Wohnung sein werde.
Ich mag es, sehr ordentlich zu leben und würde gerne jemanden finden, der das auch so macht wie ich.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich, dank der ruhigen Nachbarschaft und den guten Fenstern und dicken Wänden werden Sie nie durch verschiedene Geräusche gestört werden.

I am 26 years old and I come from Italy. I am finishing my master in architecture at the TU Wien and I travel a lot so I will often be away for longer periods of time.
I like to live very tidy and would love to find someone who also does as much as me.
The apartment is very quiet and comfortable, you will never be disturbed by various noises thanks to the quiet neighborhood and the good windows and thick walls.
