I'm going away for all of December so I'm renting out my lovely room in 9th district.
The room faces the street (on the top floor) and gets really nice sunlight in the afternoon/evening. The flat is beautiful and has everything you need. It's also super well located (15 mins walk to Schottentor, close to trams 5, 33, 37, 38, 41, 42 and the U6).
You'd be living with 3 great gals in their 20s/30s, who are all studying and working. They all speak German and English.
I'm leaving on 1st December and will come back at some point in the first week of January - not 100% sure when yet so move-out date is negotiable.
Also open to renting the room for a shorter time. Let me know if you're interested :)
