Hi, hier sind Helen & Noel :)
wir haben ein Zimmer in unserer Dachgeschosswohnung zum Vermieten. Das Zimmer ist 20m^2 groß und es gibt, durch den Gang getrennt, ein privates Badezimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im 9. Bezirk direkt beim Servitenviertel, die Straßenbahn D fährt direkt vor der Haustür weg und ein BILLA befindet sich im gleichen aus. Die Wohnung ist extrem hell und sehr großzügig geschnitten (Rollo und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden). Wir suchen jemanden mit dem wir uns einfach gut verstehen und eine gute Zeit haben. Wir sind beide Studenten (Biologie & Maschinenbau) und arbeiten nebenbei. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit in der Wohnung, besonders auf der Dachterrasse im Sommer. Wir suchen jemanden der am besten schon ab Februar bei uns einziehen kann :)
Das Zimmer wäre bereits möbliert, daher gerne auch Leute die nur paar Monate hier sind.
Hi, this is Helen & Noel :)
we have a room for rent in our attic apartment. The room is 20m^2 and there is a private bathroom separated by the corridor. The apartment is located in the 9th district right next to the Servitenviertel, the streetcar D leaves right outside the front door and a BILLA is in the same building. We are looking for someone with whom we simply get on well and have a good time. We are both students and work part-time. The room would already be furnished, so people who are only here for a few months are also welcome.
