Hello everyone!
On March 1st, I will be taking over a nice 2-room apartment and one room will be available! The room is 24sqm, in a 2-person flatshare. The rooms are very well divided, so you'll have your privacy. The apartment is on the ground floor, with window protection film, blinds, and curtains, so it's quite relaxed.
The room will come partially furnished, with a closet, a small desk, a small table with a chair, a drawer and a shelf. I can provide you with a tagesbett (no mattress) or you can bring your own bed!
The rent is 560€ per month, all-inclusive, meaning it includes all operating and utility costs (gas, electricity), and internet too. The monthly price also depends on the energy cost calculation. The deposit is instead 900€.
The apartment is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The flatshare is located in the 9th district in a quiet street, a 3-minute walk from the U6 Währinger Straße. Also nearby are the 40, 41, 42, 33, 38, 5 trams, and the 40A bus.
The area is very cozy, and other parts of Vienna are easily accessible. A great neighborhood with many small restaurants and everything you need nearby. I'm happy to give good tips too. :) In the apartment, you have your own peace, but you can also invite friends over or cook together.
A few words about me!
I'm Jasmin, an Italian PhD student at the Faculty of Physics. I've been enjoying this apartment for a bit more than a year now. I speak Italian, English and Spanish and I'm currently putting all my efforts in also learning German.
During the week, you'll usually find me buried in lab work, but I always make time for a chat or a drink with friends and colleagues after work, even on weekdays.
Come the weekend, it's time to recharge a little. I like to unwind by taking walks around Vienna, soaking in sights and sounds of this beautiful city.
If you're looking for a flatmate who's friendly, responsible, and up for the occasional hangout, I think we could get along just fine.
