Hallo:) ich bin für einen Monat im Ausland und mein Zimmer steht von 20.April - 16.Mai leer und freut sich wenn du darin wohnen magst! Es ist ca 14m2 groß, hat hohe Altbauräume, ist ruhig gelegen (hofseitig Richtung Osten). Mein Bett liegt auf einer eingezogenen Zwischenebene (siehe Foto), jedoch gibt es auch ein ausziehbares Sofa, falls du lieber unten schlafen möchtest. Das Zimmer ist möbliert zu vermieten, meine Kleidung und Diverses werde ich verräumen, damit du genug Platz hast!
Es gibt außerdem eine Küche mit Essecke, wo wir immer gern Zeit verbringen, ein geräumiges Vorzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein WC. Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradraum im Hof. Bei Interesse, kannst du auch gerne mein Fahrrad auf Kaution verwenden.
450 € inkludieren Versicherung, Heizung, Internet und Kaltmiete :)
Hello :) I'll be abroad for a month, and my room will be available from April 20th to May 16th. It's approximately 13m2 in size, with high ceilings and quietly situated (facing the courtyard towards the east). My bed is on a raised mezzanine level (see photo), but there's also a pull-out sofa if you'd prefer to sleep downstairs. The room is furnished, and I'll clear out my clothes and personal items so you'll have plenty of space!
Additionally, there's a kitchen with a dining area, a spacious hallway, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. There's also a bicycle storage room in the courtyard. If you're interested, you're welcome to use my bike with a deposit.
The rent is €450 including insurance, heating, internet, and the base rent :)

Die U6 Station Alser Straße, der Bus 13A, die Straßenbahnstationen 43er und 44er sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In 10 Gehminuten bist du bei der 5er Station Spitalgasse und auch zum Schottentor (Zentrum) ist es nicht weit. Auf der Alser Straße findest du alle möglichen Geschäfte: Billa, Spar, Dm und Hofer, Late-Night-Imbiss-Standl, Pizzeria, ... . Ebenso der Yppenplatz (Brunnenmarkt) versorgt dich mit frischem Obst/Gemüse und internationalen Köstlichkeiten. Süße Cafés und Bars gibt es zu Hauf.
The U6 station Alser Straße, the bus 13A, tram stations 43er, and 44er are all nearby. In a 10-minute walk, you'll reach the 5er Spitalgasse station, and it's also not far to Schottentor (city center). Along Alser Straße, you'll find all kinds of shops: Billa, Spar, Dm, Hofer, late-night snack stands, pizzerias, etc. Also, Yppenplatz (Brunnenmarkt) will supply you with fresh fruits/vegetables and international delicacies. Du würdest mit Franka und Moritz zusammen leben. Moritz ist 27, studiert im Master artificial intelligence und arbeitet nebenbei im AKH. Franka ist 22 und studiert im Bachelor Landschaftsplanung und Landschaftsarchitektur an der BOKU. Beide sind richtige Herzensmenschen, kochen gerne und so guuuut. Das WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm, es herrscht Wohlwollen für das Gegenüber, gleichzeitig hat jedeR genug Raum für sich. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und es wäre schön, wenn du dich einbringst. You'd be living with Franka and Moritz. Moritz is 27, pursuing a master's degree in artificial intelligence and also works part-time at the AKH. Franka is 22, studying landscape planning and landscape architecture for her bachelor's degree at BOKU. Both are truly lovely people aaand super good cooks :)) The atmosphere in the flat is very chill; there's a very open atmosphere while everyone has enough space for themselves.
