GER: Du würdest das Zimmer direkt von mir übernehmen; ich ziehe hingegen in das Zimmer unserer jetzigen Mitbewohnerin Vivi, die ab März für ein Erasmuspraktikum in Finnland ist. Das Zimmer, das du mieten würdest, verfügt über ein 1,40m breites Hochbett und ist möbliert. Die Miete ist vergleichsweise niedrig, da die Aussicht in den kleinen Innenhof auf die Mülltonnen vom Erdgeschoß aus natürlich nicht allzu charmant ist. Allerdings haben wir eine Kaffeeküche im Vorraum, in der man Nachmittage zu Hause mit besserer Aussicht verbringen kann!
ENG: You would take over the room directly from me, as I'm moving into the room of our current roommate Vivi, who will be in Finland for an Erasmus internship from March. The room you would rent has a 1.40m wide loft bed and is furnished. The rent is comparatively low, as the view of the small inner courtyard of the garbage cans from the ground floor is of course not all that charming. However, we have a coffee kitchen in the front room where you can spend afternoons at home with a better view!
GER: Die Lage unserer WG ist perfekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9., an der Grenze zum 19. Bezirk und ist nach innen gerichtet (kein Verkehrslärm vom Gürtel). Wir brauchen zu Fuß ungefähr je 5 bis 7 Minuten zur U6 Nußdorfer Straße, U4 Spittelau, den Straßenbahnen 37 und 38 sowie D. Wir sind in wenigen Minuten beim Hofer, Billa, Interspar, Apotheke und Drogerie.
ENG: The location of this apartment is perfect. It is located in the 9th district, on the border with the 19th district and is facing inwards (no traffic noise from the Gürtel). It takes about 5 to 7 minutes on foot to reach the U6 Nußdorfer Straße, U4 Spittelau, trams 37 and 38 and D. We are just a few minutes away from various supermarkets, a pharmacy and a drugstore.
GER: Du würdest mit Ida und Vale zusammen leben. Ida studiert Literaturwissenschaft und arbeitet im Kundenservice vom Museumsquartier. Sie kocht und backt gern und braucht viel Zeit für sich allein, macht ihren Mitmenschen aber gern bei jeder Gelegenheit eine Freude und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vale studiert Publizistik. Sie ist sehr aufgeweckt und energiegeladen und ständig unterwegs zwischen Tanztrainings und Yogasessions. Ihre Leidenschaft ist alles, was mit Tanz zu tun hat. Sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr und Lust auf Neues. Unser Umgang in der WG ist freundschaftlich und entspannt. Wir achten sehr darauf, uns gegenseitig zu respektieren und bemühen uns, alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche ordentlich und sauber zu halten.
ENG: You would live with Ida and Vale. Ida studies literature and works in customer service at the Museumsquartier. She enjoys cooking and baking and needs a lot of time alone, but likes to make those around her happy at every opportunity. Vale is studying journalism. She is very bright and energetic and is constantly on the move between dance training and yoga sessions. Her passion is everything that has to do with dance. She has an open mind and a desire for new things. Our interactions in the apartment are always friendly and relaxed. We take great care to respect each other and strive to keep all common areas clean and tidy.
