Ich vermiete ein helles und ruhiges WG-Zimmer für 6 Monate im Zeitraum 1. Juni 2024 bis 30. November 2024 (genaue Daten sind flexibel und können wir uns ausmachen). Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet und verfügt über Bett und Schreibtisch.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem und noch mehr, was man braucht :) (inkl. Geschirrspüler).
Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne sowie ein große Waschmaschine. Toilette ist separat.
Möblierung derzeit etwas abweichend von den Fotos.

I am renting out a bright and quiet room for 6 months from June 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024 (exact dates can be discussed). The room is furnished and has a bed and a desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more :) (incl. dishwasher).
In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a large washing machine. Toilet is separate.
Furniture currently a bit different than depicted.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, da die angrenzende Straße eine Sackgasse ist. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine große Fensterseite mit Blick auf Bäume und ist daher sehr hell.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (Dachgeschoß) und ist mit der Lage im 9. Bezirk verkehrstechnisch super angebunden.

The apartment is located on the top floor and is very quiet, as the adjacent street is a dead end. The room has a large window with a view over trees and is therefore very bright.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and is very well connected in terms of transportation due to its location in the 9th district.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Studierende der MedUni, der Uni Wien und dem Juridicum. Zur WU und der TU braucht man auch nur ca. 20min. Natürlich sind aber auch arbeitende Mitbewohner:innen willkommen.
