In der Wohnung ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl, es kommt aber auch Licht rein. Im Zimmer gibt es zwei Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Potentiell kann ein Schrank und ein Bett im Zimmer bleiben.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich ruhig, da es zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Straßenlärm z.B. ist keiner zu hören :)
Mein jetziger Mitbewohner würde gerne Bett mit Matraze um 80€, Schreibtisch um 40€, Schreibtischstuhl um 20€, Schrank um 40€, und Schlafsofa um 40€ da lassen. Der genaue Preis kann gerne noch ausgehandelt werden.

The flat is quite cool during summer, but there is also light coming in. The room has two windows.
The room will be unfurnished. Potentially a bed and a closet may remain in the room, if that is wanted.
The room is quite quiet, as it is directed towards the courtyard. There is no street noise coming in :)
My current flatmate would sell the bed and matress for 80€, desktop for 40€, desktop chair for 20€, closet for 40€ and a couch for 40€. The exact price is negotiable.

Von der Wohnung erreicht man innerhalb von 2 Minuten die Straßenbahnlinien 37, 38, 33 und 5.
Die U-Bahnstationen Währinger Straße/Volksoper (U6) sowie Friedensbrücke (U4) sind beide in Laufweite (ca. 10 Minuten). Es gibt einen Spar um die Ecke, ein Hofer und ein Denns sind in der Nähe und ein Obstladen ist quasi vor der Haustür. Der Billa am Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof ist auch Sonn- und Feiertags geöffnet und ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt einige Cafés, Kneipen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch die meiner Meinung nach beste Pizzeria Wiens ist fußläufig erreichbar!

Tram lines 37, 38, 5 and 33 are two minutes away from the flat.
Metro station Währinger Straße/ Volksoper (U6) and Friedensbrücke (U4) are 10 minutes away. There is a Spar, a Hofer, a Denns, and a fruit shop nearby. The Billa opens on Sundays and Holidays as well and 5 minutes away. There are some cafés, bars and restaurants around including the best pizza place in Vienna (in my opinion).

Ich erlaube mir gerade nach meinem Doktorat in Mathematk Philosophie zu studieren und habe schon viel WG- Erfahrung gesammelt in meinem Leben. Am Wichtigsten für ein gutes WG-Leben ist für mich eine gute und ehrliche Kommunikation - in der man auch nicht davor zurückscheut Probleme offen anzusprechen. Unter dieser Grundvoraussetzung
bedeutet es für mich in einer nicht-Zweck WG zu leben, dass ein angenehmes Miteinander herrscht, man z.B. mal was zusammen kocht, oder sich auf dem Flur unterhält, aber auch gegenseitig die Freiräume der anderen respektiert. Es gibt leider kein Wohnzimmer, so dass die Küche, der Flur und im Sommer der Balkon als Gemeinschaftsräume dienen.
Ich spiele auch gerne Schach, aber das ist natürlich keine Voraussetzung :)
Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr über mich schreiben - fände es aber schöner das bei einen persönlichen Gespräch zu machen.
Wichtig ist bei dem Kennenlernen für mich nicht nur herauszufinden, ob man sich sympatisch ist, sondern auch ob man kompatibel ist für ein gemeinsames WG-Leben (klassische Beispiele sind Sauberkeit, Ruhebedürfnisse etc.)
Ich freue mich dich bei einer Besichtigung kennezulernen :)

After finishing a PhD in math I am allowing myself to study philosophy at the moment. I have gathered a lot of experience in WGs throughout my life. The most important aspect of living in a shared flat for me is a good and honest communication - this includes not avoiding seemingly difficult topics as well. This being said, a good Wg life for me consists in occasionally cooking together, conversations in the corridor etc., but also respecting the freedom of the other. I also enjoy playing chess but sharing that interest is not a prerequisite :)
I am looking forward to getting to know you. In that process it is important for me not just to check if we like each other but also to see if we are compatible for living together (for example do we have similar standards regarding cleaning or noise etc.)
