Sunny and very clean 1-bedroom rooftop apartment for rent. The apartment is located in a great central district of Vienna and is very easy to reach by public transportation. Stay over period - very flexible: from 1 month to 1 year. Elevator is available. Bedroom has a 140x200cm bed. Separate kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Electricity, heating, wifi included in the rent. The cleaning lady comes once a month (excluded in the rental price).
The second room is a private office and is used by the owner as a work space. Basically you live here alone.

Sonnige und sehr saubere 1-Schlafzimmer Dachgeschoss Wohnung zu vermieten. Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Wiener Innenbezirk und ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Zeitraum - sehr flexibel: ab 1 Monat bis 1 Jahr. Aufzug vorhanden. Schlafzimmer hat ein 140x200cm Bett. Separate Küche, Bad, WC. Strom, Heizung, Wifi im Mietpreis inkludiert. Sowie 1x / Monat kommt die Putzdame (nicht im Mietpreis inkludiert).
Das zweite Zimmer ist ein privates Büro und wird vom Besitzer als Arbeitsraum verwendet. Grundsätzlich wohnst du hier alleine.

Great infrastructure. 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, public transportation. You can jog along the Donau Kanal and walk into the city center (ca. 20min walk to Schottentor).

Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Wiener Innenbezirk und ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Super Infrastruktur. 5-Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt, Apotheke, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sportmöglichkeiten gebe es am Donau Kanal und der Gehweg in die Innenstadt (Schottentor) sind ca. 20 gemütliche Minuten.
