Wie lässt sich der Winter (und generell das ganze Jahr) in Wien am besten überstehen?
Zum Beispiel in einer mit Fernwärme geheizten, kuschligen Wohnung mit Vitamin D Tankstelle (West(bissl Süd)-Balkon im 5. Stock), wo die Sonne dich erwartet (wenn sie denn scheint)?
Diese kleine aber angenehme Wohnung bewohne ich mit einer weiteren Person in einem gepflegten Neubauhaus in der Sobieskigasse, eine Minute vom Sobieskiplatz entfernt. Jetzt gründet mein Mitbewohner allerdings eine eigene WG mit Freunden und ich suche jemanden, der/die gerne sein Zimmer übernehmen möchte.
Es gibt eine kleine, wohnliche Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein kleines Bad mit Waschmaschine, getrenntes Klo, eine Abstellkammer für Lebensmittel und zwei weitere Zimmer. Leider ist die Küche zu klein für einen Tisch, aber es gibt einen 2-3-Personentisch am Gang. Die beiden Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß und haben beide einen Ausgang auf den Balkon, wo sich gut ein Tisch oder eine Sitzecke für mehrere Personen und ein paar Pflanzen ausgehen (Balkongestaltung wird mit wärmerer Jahreszeit in Angriff genommen). Man schaut in den begrünten Innenhof, den wir auch mitbenutzen können. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil, Fahrradkeller, Lift und Wäschekeller.
Dein Zimmer wäre das kleinere, mangels Grundriss kenne ich leider die genaue Größe nicht, ich schätze es auf 10 m2. Es hat eine Balkontüre und ein Fenster bis zum Boden, ist westlich auf den Balkon ausgerichtet und hat ein Außenrollo mit dem beides verdeckt werden kann.

What's the best way to survive Viennas grey winter?
How about this: A small cozy flat, heated with Putin-free, green energy and a sunny balcony on the 6th floor (well, when the sun shines at least)?
It is in a "new" house (so no high ceilings sadly, but more energy-efficient ;) ), close to Sobieskiplatz in the 9th district.
There is a small, but fine kitchen, small bathroom, seperate toilet, a little chamber for storing food, some space for a small table on the corridor and two rooms. Both of them lead to the balcony, which provides enough space for a proper table and some plants (will be decorated when the warm season starts). There is also a small space in the basement for storing stuff, a room for bikes, and a laundry-room.
I am looking for someone to move into the smaller room, I unfortunately don't know the exact size, but I'd guess it is about 10 sqm large. Relatively tiny, but you can make it work. The pre-tenant will move out, because he opens up his own shared flat with his friends.

Das Haus liegt in einer Einbahnstraße, gleich ums Eck gibts mindestens ein nettes Café. Man kann laut Vormieterinnen auch gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen und erreicht in 5 Minuten: U6, 37, 38, 33, 5, 40A, D-Wagen.
In der Nähe finden sich Spar, Billa, Bipa, Hofer. Außerdem in Gehweite: WUK, Volksoper, Grelle Forelle
Boku, the University of Vienna and the Med-Uni are easy to reach from Sobieskigasse. Also, the street is a one-way street, so there isn't too much traffic going on. Generally, the lovely 9th district provides cafés, cultural institutions like WUK and Volksoper, or bars and clubs (you could even walk home from Grelle Forelle).
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit mir, Jana, einer 22-jährigen Salzburgerin, die gerade an der BOKU ihren Umweltingeneurbachelor in die Endphase bringt. Ich bin gern unterwegs, in Wien, Österreich oder der sonstigen Welt, habe Hobbys wie Bouldern, Tanzen, auch Skaten, interessiere mich für Kultur (tags und nachts), gesellschaftliche Themen und bin ein bisschen öko. Tendentiell bin ich ein introvertierter und rücksichtsvoller, aber weltoffener und interessierter Mensch. Eine Mischung aus konservativem Landei und Berghainbesucherin quasi. Zusammenwohnen würde ich gerne mit einer Person, die wie ich relativ aktiv ist, auch Wert auf Sauberkeit legt (im zwangsstörungsfreien Rahmen) und mit der die Harmonie stimmt. Es soll keine Zweck-WG werden, eine gute Kommunikationsbasis finde ich wichtig. Wie eng wir uns dann tatsächlich befreunden soll sich ungezwungen entwickeln.
My name is Jana, I am a civil engineering bachelor's student at BOKU (will be done within the next year). Generally, I am a pretty active and independent person, enjoy many different activities from sports (dancing, climbing, skateing...) to culture and cooking, sometimes go out (techno :) ) or have a beer at my friends' places. I am looking for a more welcoming shared-flat (no "Zweck-WG") with a good relationship with my flatmates and most importantly good and open communication. I need space for myself, as everyone, and depending on who surrounds me, I am more of an introvert. A healthy sense of cleanliness is very important to me in shared spaces.
Wie es nach meinem Bachelor weitergeht, weiß ich noch nicht. Es kann also sein, dass ich die WG im Sommer auflösen muss, wenn ich wieder aus Wien wegziehe. Bei unserem Einzug haben wir etwas Ablöse an die Vormieterinnen und eine Vertragserstellungsgebühr bezahlt. Es wäre nett, wenn du meinem Mitbewohner einen Teil davon (schätze 80€ +-) rückerstattest, das müsst ihr euch dann ausmachen.
I don't yet know, if I will stay in Vienna after finishing my Bachelor's, so I might have to close the shared flat this summer. But we will talk about that when I know more. Also, we paid some money for the washing mashine and a contract fee when we moved in, it would be great, if you could pay a part of that back to my current flatmate, but you will have to agree on a sum (porobaly ~80€).
