Was ziemlich cool am Zimmer ist, es gehören ein Einbauschrank und ein kleiner begehbarer Kleiderschrank dazu.
Außerdem gibts einen Innenhhof, der nur von diesem Zimmer aus und durch das Fenser begehbar ist, ziemlich praktisch für Raucher.
Ich selbst bin erst seit Oktober in dieser frisch renovierten Wohnung, aber es ist im Wohnzimmer schon das wichtigste an Möbeln vorhanden zB Couch, Fernseher, Tisch etc.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und die Vermieterin ist entspannt.
The room comes with a built-in cupboard and a little walk-in closet and there's a small inner courtyard which can only be entered through this room, ideal for smokers.
I havent yet been here for long myself, but except this room, the flat is already furnished for the most part.
Also, the landlady is nice.
Die U4 Station Roßauer Lände ist direkt um die Ecke, also in 2-3- min erreichbar und genauso weit ist es zum Donaukanal.
In ca 10 min ist man bei der U2 und den Linien 40A, 5, 33, D U2Z, 1, 31 und dem Franz-Josefs Bahnhof.
Außerdem ist bei uns im Haus unten ein Wirtshaus, nicht ganz wie bei How I Met Your Mother aber sind sehr nette Leute.
In der Nähe gibts diverse Supermärkte, Trafiken, eine Apotheke und viele viele Restaurants. (von Mci bis Haubenlokal).
It's very close to the subway U4 and you can reach the PT lines 40A, 5, 33, D U2Z, 1, 31 and the railway station within 10min. You'll find plenty grocery stores, lots of restaurants and a pharmacy.
Besteht bis jetzt aus mir, Max, ich war bis vor kurzem bei einem berliner Unternehmen und fange Mitte Dezember bei einem Cafe an.
Gesucht sind am besten Leute, mit denen man sich einfach unterhalten kann, die sauber sind und feiern können.
