Das Zimmer ist etwa 12m² groß und aufgrund der Lage im 5. Stock (keine Sorge, es gibt einen Lift) insbesondere in der ersten Tageshälfte sehr hell. Das Fenster ist in Richtung des Innenhofes, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Im Zimmer sind ein großes Bett (inklusive Matratze und Lattenrost), ein Schreibtisch, ein Bürosessel, ein Kleiderschrank, die für insgesamt 200€ übernommen werden können, aber natürlich nicht müssen.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allen nötigen Kochutensilien, Gasherd, Backofen und einem Geschirrspüler. Im Keller ist ein Waschraum mit moderner Waschmaschine sowie Trockner, die kostenlos benutzt werden können. Zudem gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC.

The room is about 12m², very bright and on the 5th floor (don't worry, there is an elevator). The window faces the courtyard and the room is therefore nicely quiet. In the room is a large bed (including mattress and slatted frame), a desk, an office chair and a closet. If need be, the furniture can be aquired for 200€.
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, a gas stove and oven and a dishwasher. In the basement is a laundry room with a modern washing machine and dryer, which can be used free of charge. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Die Wohnung ist in der Latschkagasse in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U6-Station Nußdorfer Straße. Die Bim-Haltstellen für die Linien D, 37 und 38 sowie die Bushaltestellen für 35A und 37A befinden sich ebenfalls innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten. Dies gilt ebenso für Hofer, Billa und Eurospar. Des Weiteren kann man auch die U4-Station Spittelau in weniger als zehn Minuten erreichen. Die Lage ist also wirklich perfekt und es gibt alles, was man braucht :)

The apartment is located in Latschkagasse in close proximity to the U6 station Nußdorfer Straße. The Bim stops for lines D 37 and 38 as well as the bus stops for 35A and 37A are also within a 2-minute walking distance. This also applies to Hofer, Billa and Eurospar. Furthermore, you can also reach the U4 station Spittelau in less than ten minutes on foot. So the location is quite ideal and there is everything you might need :)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Michael und Can.
Michael ist nach seinem abgeschlossenem Pädagogik-Studium bereits berufstätig. Er reist gern, spielt Badminton und ist immer offen Neues auszuprobieren. Durch seine entspannte Art ist er ein Ruhepol in der WG.
Can studiert Umweltwissenschaften und schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit. Trotzdem ist er gerne unterwegs, viel am reisen und hat eine Liebe für Pflanzen und Yoga.
Wir sind zwar beide relativ beschäftigt und oft außer Haus, trotzdem immer offen für einen Plausch in der Küche, ein Glas Wein oder Bier und auch für die ein oder andere gemeinsame Unternehmung. Nachhaltigkeit, respektvoller Umgang und offene Kommunikation sind uns sehr wichtig.
Was noch wichtig zu erwähnen wäre:
Can wird von Ende März - Ende Mai nicht in der WG sein, in dieser Zeit wohnt Pascal in seinem Zimmer. Dieser ist ebenfalls sehr umgänglich, tolerant und rücksichtsvoll.
Michael plant einen längeren Auslandsaufenthalt von Ende April bis ca. Ende August. In diesem Zeitraum würde also auch eine andere Person in die WG einziehen. Bei der Auswahl wer das sein wird, darfst Du dann natürlich gerne mitentscheiden :)

Your future roommates will be Michael and Can.
Michael is already working. He is a very relaxed, easy going person.
Can studies environmental sciences and is currently writing his master's thesis. Nevertheless, he likes to be outdoors, travels a lot and has a love for plants and yoga.
Although we are both relatively busy and often out of the house, we are always open for a chat in the kitchen, a glass of wine or beer and also for some joint activities. Sustainability, respectful interaction and open communication are very important to us.
Important to mention:
Can will not be in the WG from the end of March - end of May. During this time Pascal will live in his room. He is also very friendly, tolerant and considerate.
Michael is planning a longer stay abroad from the end of April until approx. the end of August. So during this period another person will move into his room. Of course you are welcome to help us choose who that will be :)
