Shönes Zimmer in entspannte WG

Die Lage ist super zentral, nur eine Minute von den Straßenbahnlinien O, 11 und 6 entfernt und 5 Geh-Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station Reumannplatz (U1). Die Innenstadt ist in ca 15 Minute erreichbar.
Es gibt viele Geschäfte ums Eck, z.B. einen Lidl, Spar, Bipa, Dm, verschiedenste Fast-Food-Stände etc. die innerhalb von 5 Geh-Minuten erreichbar sind. Ansonsten gibt es auch 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt die Favoritenstraße, wo es eine große Auswahl an Geschäften gibt & 3 Geh-Minuten täglich einen Markt. Außerdem liegt das Amalienbad direkt am Reumannplatz, wo wir auch manchmal zum Saunieren oder Früh-Schwimmen hingehen kann.

The location is totally amazing, right near Reumannplatz in the 10th district. Five minutes away is the U1 and 14a bus, trams 6, 11, and O are all one minute away. You can reach the city center in around 15 minutes. Around the corner are Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Spar, Bipa and DM all within 5 minutes walking. Additionally nearby is the Viktor Adler Market and Favoritenstraße which have tons of shopping options. The Amalienbad is also next to the Ubahn, if you’re looking for a nice sauna evening :)

Das WG Leben ist ganz entspannt. Wir haben immer unsere Privatsphäre wo wir arbeiten können etc, aber wir geniesse auch die gemeinsame Zeit beim Brunch oder ein Glas Wein. Oftmals stehen wir einfach in der Küche und unterhalten. Es gibt eine eine große Sofalandschaft und 2 Terassen wo wir chillen können und allgemein hat die WG eine nette offene Stimmung.
In der WG wohnen 3 mitbewohnies:
Clara befindet sich gerade in den Entzügen ihres Masterstudiums in Sozialer Arbeit. Nebenher arbeitet sich noch im sozialen Bereich. Im Winter findet man sie am liebsten in der Sauna im Amalienbad vor.
Noor studiert Informatik an der TU und ist sehr aktiv mit Sport und Fitti. Er mag Fußball und auch die Zeitung lesen.
Mareike hat Ende 20 doch noch entschieden einen zweiten Bachelor zu machen und studiert seit Oktober Lebensmittel und Biotechnologie. Um ihre Brötchen zahlen zu können wuppt sie drei mal die Woche die Rezeption eines hostels. Sie zieht unglaublich viel Energie aus anderen Menschen, deshalb mag sie das WG Leben sehr.

Wir haben ein Putzplan in dem jede Person eine andere Aufgabe pro Woche hat, und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir alle hinter uns aufräumen und die Wohnung pflegen. Offene Kommunikation & Rücksichtnahme sind unsere Schlüssel für eine harmonische WG

The WG life is very chill. Everyone does their own thing but we like to come together to have brunch or a glass of wine when we can. Often we end up just chatting in the kitchen. We have a great couch/sitting area as well as the balconies to chill on and a generally welcoming environment.
In the WG are three Roomies:
Clara is finishing her masters in social work and working simultaneously in the field. In winter you’ll most likely find her relaxing in the sauna at Amalienbad.
Noor is studying data science at the TU and enjoys keeping active with sports the gym. He’s a fan of football and reading the news.
Marieke decided near the end of her 20s to start a second Bachelors in nutrition and biotechnology. To afford her daily bread she works as a receptionist in a hostel. She is always energized from spending time with people, which is why she enjoys WG life so much :)


We have a cleaning schedule in which each person has a different task per week, and it is important that we all clean up after ourselves and maintain the apartment. Open communication and consideration are key WG values.

Weil Clara wahrscheinlich im Juli auszieht, gibt es die Möglichkeit, länger in der Wohnung zu bleiben und in ihr Zimmer zu ziehen. Wir können dies und andere Details beim Casting dann besprechen :).

Since Clara will be most likely moving out in July, there is a possibility to stay in the apartment longer and move into her room. We can discuss this and other details when we chat!
