Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 9,75 m² groß. Es ist unmöbliert und bietet daher die perfekte Gelegenheit, es nach Ihrem eigenen Geschmack einzurichten und zu dekorieren. Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof hinaus, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 350 €, alles inklusive (ja, sogar Heizung!) mit einer erforderlichen Kaution von 400 €.
Unsere Wohnung erstreckt sich über rund 90 m² und besteht aus 3 separaten Schlafzimmern, einer Küche, einer Abstellkammer, einer separaten Toilette und einer Duschkabine. Die Küche ist voll möbliert, obwohl wir unser eigenes Besteck und Geschirr haben. Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen klein, deshalb hat jeder von uns dort nur ein Fach pro Person

The room is approx 9.75 m². It is unfurnished, offering the perfect opportunity for you to furnish and decorate according to your own tastes. Room face the inner yard, so it is very quite. The monthly rent is €350, all-inclusive (yes, even heating!) with a €400 deposit required.
Our flat spans around 90m² and consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a closet, a separate toilet, and a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully furnished though we have our own cutlery and utensils. The fridge is a bit tiny, so we're all have only one shelf per person there.
The building dates back to the 1960s and is situated close to the terminal stop of tram 1 (Windtenstraße), near the stunning Wasserturm and Wienerberg park. It stays pleasantly cool during the summer and cosy in the winter, ensuring your comfort year-round. Plus, all essential grocery stores (Billa, Billa Plus, Hofer) are within a 5-minute walk.

Since our flatmate has moved out, we're on the lookout for a 3rd person to join our WG!
Currently, two of us live here: Nastya, and Nick. We're students, so the atmosphere in the house is quite relaxed and chill, though we do take noise levels and cleanliness seriously. We do have a cleaning schedule and hope you'd fit great into it :)
Also, we appreciate calm and quite weekends.
About us:
Nastya: I am a student at CEU, and working part time at WU. I am from Ukraine and live in Vienna for two years. Most of the time I am at work or in uni. When I am home, I cook and listen to Taylor Swift or do yoga.
Nick: hey mate, I've just graduated from CEU and gonna be starting TU from the Winter semester.I live in Vienna for a year now, and I've lived here the longest.😎 I'm a chill guy who likes classics and can go for some cheeky pints in the evening :)
