Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die U1 und auch mehrere Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien. Ebenfalls findest du alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die dein Herz begehrt, in Gehreichweite. Von der Wohnung aus bist du richtig schnell in der Innenstadt, am Hauptbahnhof oder auch im Grünen. Es sind viele Parks direkt in der Nähe, zum Beispiel beim Belvedere.
Wenn du gerne schwimmen gehst kannst du zu Fuß ins Amalienbad und auch mehrere Kletterhallen sind in der Nähe.
Außerdem gibts den besten Döner in ganz Wien direkt ums Eck (Ferhart) und beim Tichy kannst du dir jederzeit ein Eis holen.

The U1 underground line and several bus and tram lines are right outside the door. You will also find all the shopping facilities you could wish for within walking distance. From the apartment, you can reach the city center, the main train station or the countryside really quickly. There are many parks nearby, for example at the Belvedere.
If you like swimming, you can walk to the Amalienbad and there are also several climbing gyms nearby.
There is also the best kebab in Vienna just around the corner (Ferhart) and you can always get an ice cream at Tichy.

Momentan wohnen hier Kathi, Leni und Sophie. Wobei Sophie und Kathi beide im Juli ausziehen werden, weil Kathi ins Ausland geht und Sophie mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht, und die WG somit quasi neugegründet wird.
Das Zusammenleben mit Leni ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Da Leni feste Unizeiten und einen recht ausgefüllten Alltag hat, würde sie sich wünschen, dass du ebenfalls ein eher ruhiges WG-Leben bevorzugst, dich aber gerne spontan zum Plaudern in der Küche triffst oder mal gemeinsam was unternimmst.
Besonders am Herzen liegt Leni, dass die Stimmung in der WG harmonisch ist, man aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt und offen reden kann!
Damit sich jeder in der Wohnung einfach wohl und wie zuhause fühlen kann, ist auch ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit wichtig.

Ein wenig zu mir, Leni: Ich komme aus Oberösterreich und studiere an der WU im Master „Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy“. Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und wohne jetzt seit eineinhalb Jahren in Wien. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich verschiedenen Hobbies nach, momentan hauptsächlich Chor, Flamenco tanzen und Pfadfinder. Dadurch bin ich viel unterwegs und nutze die Zeit in der Wohnung dann gerne zum gemütlichen Entspannen und gemütlichere Abende verbringen. Ich koche gerne und ernähre mich vegetarisch, außerdem mag ich Bücher, Filme und Musik.

Kathi, Leni and Sophie live here at the moment. Sophie and Kathi will both be moving out in July, because Kathi is going abroad and Sophie is moving in with her boyfriend, so the flat share is being re-established.
Living with Leni is very quiet and relaxed. As Leni has fixed university hours and quite a busy everyday life, she would like you to prefer a rather quiet shared flat life as well, but would like to meet up spontaneously for a chat in the kitchen or to do something together.
Leni is particularly keen that the atmosphere in the shared flat is harmonious, that people are considerate of each other and can talk openly!
A certain level of cleanliness is also important so that everyone feels comfortable and at home in the apartment.

A little bit about me, Leni: I'm from Upper Austria and I'm studying for a Master's degree in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy at WU. I'm 23 years old and have been living in Vienna for a year and a half now. In my free time I pursue various hobbies, at the moment mainly choir, flamenco dancing and scouts. As a result, I travel a lot and like to use my time in the apartment to relax and spend cozy evenings. I like to cook and eat a vegetarian diet, and I also like books, movies and music.

Was Wichtiges zum Mietvertrag: Bei uns sind alle Hauptmieter und auch du wirst wieder in den Mietvertrag mit aufgenommen. Außerdem brauchst du einen Bürgen.
Zusätzlich wäre eine kleine Ablöse zu zahlen, für Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und ein paar Möbel in den Gemeinschaftsräumen.
Die Nebenkosten enthalten Gas, Strom, Wlan, Haushaltsversicherung und ORF-Beitrag.
