Wir, Samuel und Paul suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in bis Mitte oder Ende Sommer (je nach Bedarf). Wir wohnen gemeinsam, putzen, kochen teils gemeinsam, streiten miteinander (immer wieder) und wenn wer weint brauchts tröstende Worte! Wir suchen Menschen denen Zweck-WGs ein Graus sind. Miteinander leben, nicht nebeneinander ist uns wichtig ;)
Paul ist Ende 20 und hoffentlich bald mit seinem Studium fertig. Samuel ist ein Jahr älter und arbeitet bei der Post.
Rauchen tun wir gerne - nur nicht in der Wohnung (bzw. nur bei Partys)! Essen wird derzeit geteilt (das kann aber auch anders ausgehandelt werden).
Die Wohnung ist ein recht netter, sonniger Altbau, sie liegt halt an der Laxenburger Straße. Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt jedoch Richtung Innenhof (Frühaufsteher*innen finden Morgensonne). Im Zimmer gibt es einige Pflanzen (Sorgerecht wird mitvermietet ;) Das Zimmer ist zwar klein hat aber ein Hochbett, einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kommode (kurz: es ist möbliert). Keplerplatz / die U1 ist gleich ums Eck.

We, Samuel and Paul are searching for a flat mate until the mid or end of summer. Being flat mates, we use the same coffee and toilet paper so we would like to insist on the necessity of living with people (opposed to next to people). Living together means more to us than just the comfort of cutting living expenses. It means talking, listening, discussions (who is cleaning too little or eating too much, how to improve the common living area,…) and leaving each other alone when needed. We are both close to 30, study (Paul), work (Samuel) and don’t smoke in the flat.
The room for rent is small but has morning sun, a bed, a desk, a chair, a few plants and is reasonably quiet (facing the courtyard). We search for flat mates who are neither too conservative nor neoliberal.
