Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und hat insgesamt 95 m². Das WG-Zimmer (9 m²) ist möbliert und verfügt über einen Kasten, einen Schreibtisch (wird noch ergänzt) und ein Bett (Breite 120 cm). Netter Ausblick auf kleinen Grünbereich. Neben dem eigenen Zimmer gibt es zwei weitere WG-Zimmer und die folgenden gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume:

Die Monatsmiete beträgt EUR 360,- „all inclusive“, d.h. inkl. Betriebskosten, Warmwasser, Heizung, Strom und Internet.
Zu Mietbeginn ist eine Kaution i.d.H. von 2 Monatsmieten (EUR 720,-) zu bezahlen.
In allen WG-Zimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer befinden sich Netzwerk- und Antennenanschlüsse. Zusätzlich steht in der Wohnung WLAN über einen zentralen Access-Point zur Verfügung.

The apartment is on the first floor and has 95 sqm. The room (9 sqm) is furnished and has a wardrobe, a desk (will be added) and a bed (width 120 cm) and there is a nice view on a small garden. Besides your own room, there are two other private rooms and the following shared ones:
- Well spaced living room with attached kitchen and dining area
- Loggia
- Bathroom
- Toilet
- Storage room
The monthly rent is EUR 360,- “all inclusive” (overheads, hot water, heating, electricity and internet). A deposit of two monthly rents (EUR 720,-) must be paid at the beginning.
There are LAN-connections and aerial terminals in all private rooms and in the living room. Additionally, there is WIFI.
Die Wohnung liegt im 10. Bezirk in der Fernkorngasse 49 (Höhe Davidgasse) und ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Buslinie 7A Richtung Meidling hält vor dem Haus, in die Gegenrichtung sind es rund 250 m oder 3 min bis zur Station. Die Straßenbahnlinie 6 in der Quellenstraße ist in 5 min zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the 10th district in Fernkorngasse 49 and well connected to public transport services. The bus 7A (to Meidling) stops in front of the house, the stop for the opposite direction is 250 m or 3 min away. The tram line 6 in Quellenstraße can be reached within 5 min.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Nico und Felix, beide Studenten, beide 20 und würden dich gerne kennenlernen.
Nico studiert Kunstgeschichte im Bachelor an der Universität Wien. Neben Schlafen und Essen liegen seine Interessen im Bereich Musik sowie Film und TV.
Felix studiert Mathe.
Bei Bedarf gibt es im Keller eine Waschküche, sollte man einmal einen Trockner brauchen – eine neue Waschmaschine gibt es in der Wohnung.
