ich suche eine/n MitbewohnerIn für vorerst einen Monat mit Option auf Verlängerung. Die Miete ist all inclusive (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, Mitbenutzung Küche etc).
LAGE
Es handelt sich um eine Neubauwohnung in sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich direkt der Helmut-Zilk-Park.
Die öffentliche Anbindung ist ausgezeichnet - Straßenbahn D direkt vor der Tür, U1 in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuß mit Anbindung zum Flughafen in nur 15 Minuten. Das Stadtzentrum ist öffentlich innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar bzw ist es auch möglich zu Fuß dorthin zu gehen.
Die Wohnung hat auch einen Balkon/Loggia. Rauchen ist am Balkon erlaubt.
AUSSTATTUNG
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Internet, Netflix, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Küchenutensilien etc vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist ca 82 m² groß, das zu vermietende Zimmer selbst ca 13 m². Ein Bett und den ein oder anderen Kasten kann ich zur Verfügung stellen. (Leider kein Foto vom Zimmer, da es derzeit als riesige Abstellkammer fungiert, das kommt aber alles noch raus :)
Außerdem befindet sich im Haus selbst noch ein kostenloser Fitnessraum und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Werkstatt. In 2 Minuten Entfernung gibt es ein öffentliches Schwimmbad mit Sauna.
