Die WG befindet sich im 5. Obergeschoss und ist bequem mit dem Lift erreichbar. Das lichtdurchflutete WG-Zimmer liegt südseitig und in Richtung des sehr ruhigen Innenhofes. Es hat 15-16 m² und bietet neben einem neuwertigen Laminatboden auch kürzlich frisch gestrichene Wände. Haustiere sind erlaubt (wer also eine Katze/ Hund etc. besitzt ist auch willkommen). Es ist noch genug Platz um vielleicht eine Sitzecke oder etwas anderes in das Zimmer zu stellen, das bleibt dann euch überlassen.
The WG is located in the 5th floor and can be accessed comfortably via elevator. The light-flooded WG-room is located south-facing in direction of the inner courtyard. The room has 15-16 m² and offers fresh painted walls. Pets are allowed (cats, dogs,...). In the room is enough place left to make a sitting area or something else.
Für alle nicht-raucher: man riecht im Zimmer den Rauch der Anderen nicht. (Ich bin da selbst recht empfindlich)
Das Haus liegt äußerst verkehrsgünstig. Die U-Bahnstation Reumannplatz (U1) ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Daneben ist der Quellenplatz (6er und 11er-Straßenbahn) und der Arthaberplatz (7A) in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. An die TU-Wien braucht man somit rund 15 Minuten aber auch die Hauptuni und andere Plätze (Donauinsel, Prater, Erholungsgebiet Wienerberg) sind schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist weit genug vom Reumannplatz entfernt um das Drama nicht mitzubekommen, aber trotzdem nahe genug um die Ubahn Station bequem erreichen zu können.
Ein Hofer befindet sich ganz in der Nähe (2 Minuten), der Eissalon Tichy (3 Minuten) sowie das Amalienbad (4 Minuten). Zwischen Reumannplatz und Hauptbahnhof erstreckt sich außerdem eine Fußgängerzone in der man so ziemlich alles bekommt was das Herz begehrt, inklusive 2 € Kebap mit Pepsi.
The house is easily accesible. The U1-Reumannplatz, as well as the tram 6 and 11 and the busline 7a are nearby. the technical university can be reached in about 15 minutes and the main university is also good accessible, as well as the Donauinsel, the Prater or the recreation area Wienerberg.
Hofer (a grocery store) can be reached in 2 minutes, Tichy (they sell very good ice cream) is 3 minutes away and the Amalienbad (one of the prettiest public baths of vienna) is also just 4 minutes away. Between Reumannplatz and the vienna central station is a big pedestrian zone where you can get almost everything.
Das WG-Leben ist generell recht Ruhig. Du teilst dir die WG mit Elena, Ed und Sadra. Elena ist noch recht neu in der WG und gerade aus Dänemark nach Österreich gezogen. Ihr freund ist recht häufig hier, er ist allerdings auch sehr freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Ed kommt ursprünglich aus Iran, spricht also fließend Persisch, Englisch, Deutsch und alle möglichen anderen Sprachen. Er war Englischlehrer und arbeitet inzwischen als Koch. Sadra kommt auch ursprünglich aus Iran, kann allerdings neben Persisch auch perfekt Deutch und Englisch. Seine Freundin ist auch des öfteren bei uns.
The WG-life is quite calm. You share the appartmen with Elena, Ed and Sadra. Elena just moved from Denmark to austria. Her boyfriend visits the wg quite a lot. They are both very open and always in a good mood. Ed is originally from Iran and therefore speaks perfectly Persian, German, English and most of the other languages you can possibly think of :) Sadra is also from Iran, but his English and German are perfect. (Probably better than mine and I am Austrian).
