Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und geräumig. Es hat ein großes Fenster zu einer Nebenstraße hin gelegen. Du kannst von den Vormietern die Möbel abkaufen, wenn du möchtest, musst aber nicht.
The room is very big. It has a large window towards a small side street. If you want, you can buy the furniture from the previous tenant. But you don‘t have to.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Reumannplatz. In den umliegenden Gassen findest du Supermärkte zu allen Nationen und auch sonst ist alles was man an Geschäften braucht innerhalb von 5 Minuten Gehweg zu erreichen. Im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten hast du auch die U-eins, die 6er und die 11er Bim und die Busse 66A, 68B, 69A und 7A. Du bist in ca. 10 Minuten am Karlsplatz wo du in weitere Öffis umsteigen kannst.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr international. Hier im Haus
wohnen bunt gemischt Familien, Studenten und Senioren. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr ruhig und freundlich, aber eher zurückgezogen.
The flat is at the Reumannplatz. It is a very multicultural part of the town and in the sidestreets, you find every kind of food you can ever want. All the shops you need are within 5 minutes walking distance. Also within 5 minutes walking distance, you have a lot of different options for public transport: subway number 1, tram number 6 and 11, and the busses 66A, 68B, 69A, and 7A. Within 10 minutes you are in the center at Karlsplatz, where you can change to other subways, trams, and busses. Our house is very international and mixed. We have families, old people, and students all in the same house. They are all very nice, but quiet and secluded.
Ich bin ein sehr offener Mensch und freue mich immer über einen Ratscher in der Küche oder einen gemeinsamen Kochabend. Da ich aber Masterstudentin bin und nebenher noch arbeite, bin ich ziemlich eingespannt. Ein rücksichtsvoller und offener Umgang in der WG ist mir sehr wichtig. Du kannst jederzeit ansprechen, wenn dich etwas stört und ich werde das gleiche tun, damit wir ein harmonisches Zusammenleben garantieren können.
Bitte denk daran, dass es ein Familienhaus ist und achte gut auf die Wohnung.
I am an openminded person and enjoy occasional chats with my roommates in the kitchen, or shared cooking evening. Unfortunately I am a master student and work on the side, so I will be out a lot. It is very important to me to live in an open and respectful environment. You can always talk to me, if there is a problem or if you feel uncomfortable about something. I will do the same.
Please keep in mind that this is a family house, so keep the noise down and take good care of the flat.
