Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig.
Vorhandene Möbel:
Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Holzfächer
Die Möbel wurden von mir gekauft, sind in gutem Zustand und ich möchte sie gern gegen eine kleine Ablöse weiterverkaufen - ist natürlich kein Muss! Der Preis ist verhandelbar. (Neupreis war ca. 600 Euro insgesamt, Ablöse 70 Euro.)
Das Bett ist ausziehbar und sowohl als Einzel- als auch als Doppelbett nutzbar. Extrem praktisch!
The room is situated in a calm area.
There is furniture, which I bought myself: bed, desk, stool, wardrobe. The furniture is as good as new and I would like to sell it - of course, this is not a must! (You can also just get the empty room... Furniture was around 600 Euros and I would like 70 back). The bed is extendible, so you can use it as both single- and double-bed. Extremely practical!

Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer super Lage was die Öffis angeht:
- Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Ubahnstation Troststraße entfernt.
- 7 Gehminuten zum Reumannplatz --> mit Anschluss zu Ubahn, Straßenbahnen, Bussen
- Wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es weitere Straßenbahn- und Busanschlussmöglichkeiten.
- 20 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
- Stephansplatz/Schwedenplatz in ca. 20min mit den Öffis

Top 4 in der Leibnizgasse 78 ist seit vielen Jahren eine WG und beherbergte im Laufe der Zeit junge Menschen aus aller Welt.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben braucht. Das Wohnzimmer bieten einen idealen Gesellschaftsraum zum chillen, während das eigene Zimmer eher ein Rückzugsort ist, an dem man seine Privatsphäre hat.

Life is pretty relaxed, the appartment offers everything you need to live.
