Großes und helles Zimmer in chilliger WG mit Top-Lage

Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt an der Ecke Kaiserstraße / Burggasse. Direkt gegenüber fährt der 48a (5 Min. -> Volkstheater) und die 5er (12 Min -> Campus). Ansonsten gibts noch die 49er (5 Min. -> Volkstheater) und die U6 (-> besonders schön) in direkter Nähe. Auch die U3 (Zieglergasse) und die Maria Hilfer sind zu Fuß ziemlich nah. Um die Ecke fahren auch alle möglichen Straßenbahnen und Nachtbusse am Urban-Loritz-Platz.

Außerdem: Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Spar. Hofer, Billa, Denns, dm, Bipa sind alle jeweils so 2 Min entfernt. Und Prosi ist um die Ecke!

The apartment is located almost directly on the corner of Kaiserstraße / Burggasse. Directly across the 48a (5 min -> Volkstheater) and the 5er (12 min -> Campus). Otherwise, there are still the 49er (5 min -> Volkstheater) and the U6 (-> especially nice) in the immediate vicinity. The U3 (Zieglergasse) and the Maria Hilfer are also quite close on foot. Around the corner are also all kinds of streetcars and night buses at Urban-Loritz-Platz.

In addition: the apartment is located directly above a Spar. Hofer, Billa, Denns, dm, Bipa are all so 2 min away. And Prosi is around the corner!

WG-Leben

Wir sind: Dani (24), Evi (23), Alexis (27). Ich Marvin (27), ziehe leider aus und verschwinde in die Schweiz.

Dani studiert spannende Sachen und spezialisiert sich gerade auf Völkerrecht - außerdem hat sie Angst vorm Jus-Stigma und möchte nicht unreflektiert mit all den Klischees assoziiert werden. Viel unterwegs, sportlich, gesprächig, offen, bisher nie schlecht drauf gewesen. Tatendrang und Verantwortung als Hauptmieterin! Außerdem die einzige Wienerin in der Wohnung und sie gibt sich trotzdem mit uns ab, wow!

Evi studiert Molekularbiologie und findet es super interessant, zählt sich aber selbst überhaupt nicht zu den typischen Vertretern des Studiengangs. Sie ist die gute Seele der WG, bringt viel Entspannung, etwas Ordnung und die besten Quesadillas in die WG. Nachdem sie morgens nach dem erste Kaffee aufgewacht ist, ist sie immer für gute Gespräche in der Küche zu haben.

Alexis studiert Psychologie im Master und einer der gesprächigsten und interessantesten Leute, die ich kenne. Langschläfer wenn möglich, lange wach wenns irgendwo was zu erleben gibt. Es besteht immer die Gefahr sich für ein paar Stunden zu verplappern. Liebt anstrengende Themen, Filme und (live) Musik. Sport eh auch, aber eher gemütlich Frisbee und Rennrad. (Leider) auch demnächst fertig mit der Uni und bald ein Job bei der Autistenhilfe!

Wir sind zwar alle immer ziemlich unterwegs, nehmen uns aber immer vor, dass wir regelmäßig als WG was unternehmen. Ab und zu klappts tatsächlich und dann sind wir alle ziemlich glücklich damit. Meistens sitzen wir aber einfach in der Küche und lungern gemeinsam ein bisschen rum wenn es sich ergibt. Und wir haben jetzt ne Dart-Scheibe! Großes Potential.

Da ich (Marvin) die WG verlasse, suchen wir jemanden, der/die Stelle gut füllt. Wir sind offen für Internationale, Hauptsache interessante und positive Leute!

Dani is studying exciting things and is currently specializing in international law - she is also afraid of the Jus stigma and doesn't want to be unreflectively associated with all the clichés. On the road a lot, sporty, talkative, open, never been in a bad mood. A thirst for action and responsibility as the main tenant! Also, the only Viennese in the apartment and she still puts up with us, wow!

Evi is studying molecular biology and finds it super interesting, but doesn't consider herself a typical representative of the course at all. She is the good soul of the WG, brings a lot of relaxation, some order and the best quesadillas to the WG. After waking up in the morning after the first coffee, she is always available for good conversations in the kitchen.

Alexis is studying psychology in his master's and one of the most talkative and interesting people I know. Late riser when possible, up late when there's something to experience somewhere. There is always the danger of blabbering away for a few hours. Loves strenuous topics, movies and (live) music. Sports too, but rather leisurely Frisbee and racing bike. (Unfortunately) finishes his masters and soon a job at the autistic help!

We are all always quite on the road, but always take us that we regularly undertake as a WG what. Every now and then it actually works out and then we are all pretty happy with it. But most of the time we just sit in the kitchen and hang out together when it happens. And we have a dartboard now! Great potential.

Since I (Marvin) am leaving the WG, we are looking for someone to fill the position well. We are open to international, the main thing is interesting and positive people!
