Das Zimmer ist ca. 10m² groß, €320.- MM, inkl. Betriebskosten, d.h. es kommen keine extra monatlichen Kosten mehr auf dich zu :)
- Pro Zimmer €550.- Kaution
- Neue Küche und neue Essecke
- Das Zimmer ist schön hell.
- Das Zimmer kommt völlig möbliert: neues IKEA Bett mit neuer Matratze, Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein neuer Schrank. (sind ohne Ablöse).
- Zusätzlich gibt es eine Couch und Fernseh-Ecke und einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung.
- Genieße die lauen Sommerabende in der wunderbaren Loggia!
Die Anlage verfügt über einen Aufzug, um die Wohnung im 3. Stock zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett :)
Fahrradabstellraum befindet sich im Keller.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Waschmaschine, zusätzlich gibt es auch einen Waschraum mit Trockner im Keller.

The room is approx. 10m² big and you only pay € 320.- per month incl. bills and internet - so no extra costs :)
Hard facts:

- Nice and bright room
- The room comes furnished: new IKEA bed with a new mattress, a desk and a chair and a new closet.
- Cloakroom and a storage room in the apartment.
- Deposit is € 550 per room
- Enjoy the warm summer evenings in the wonderful loggia!
- The facility has an elevator, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
- Very nice neighbours.
- Bicycle storage room is in the basement.
- Washing machine in the apartment, dryer in the basement.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein:
- Die U-Bahn und Schnellbahn Station "Simmering" liegen nebenan, also 1Minute Gehweg. Straßenbahn 71 und 11 direkt vor der Haustür. Keine Sorge, die Wohnung liegt hofseitig, also ist es ruhig ;)
- 4 Minuten zu Fuß zum Billa, 6 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum Simmering.
- Obendrauf bleibt der Huma-Eleven Bus um die Ecke stehen.
... diese Wohnung liegt genial und es lohnt sich einen unverbindlichen Blick darauf zu werfen.

The location couldn't be better:
- Metro and train station called "Simmering" are right around the corner, literally just a 1 minute walk away. Tram 71 and 11 right on the doorstep. Don't you worry, the apartment is on the courtyard side, so there is not noisy - it is indeed quiet.
- 4 minutes walk to Billa (food store), 6 minutes to Simmering shopping center.
- On top of that, the Huma-Eleven bus stops around the corner.
... this apartment is awesome and it is worth taking a look at it without any obligation!
In dieser WG leben eine 20-jährige Studentin aus Deutschland und ein 21-jähriger Student aus Italien. Beide machen hier ein Auslandssemester. Die dritte Bewohnerin ist ein 23-jährige Studentin aus Spanien. Sei du die vierte im Bunde!
