Room: Beautiful view, 22 m², herringbone parquet, northern orientation with balcony. Street noise is moderate, windows insulate well. You can either have the room empty or we can help with the furnishing.
Wohnung: 100 m², in einem sehr schön erhaltenen Jahrhundertwendehaus, 2. Stock mit Lift. Die Räume sind separat begehbar. Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, 2 separate Toiletten.
Apartment: 100 m², well-kept art nouveau old building on the 2nd floor with elevator. Separately accessible rooms, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with tub and washing machine and two separate toilets.
Location: 1 minute walk from the U4 station Schönbrunn at the Auer Welsbach Park and the Schönbrunn Castle in the 12th district. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need for daily needs (Spar, Hofer, Coffee Houses,…). Past the Auer Welsbach Park there is the Technical Museum and the Max Reinhard Seminar (drama school).
The U4 takes you to Kettenbrückengasse with its flea market (Flohmarkt) and the Naschmarkt (very popular fruit- and vegetables market with lots of Coffeeshops and snack bars) and to Karlsplatz within a few minutes. Across the street there is also the Bus 10A which takes you to Heiligenstadt with its Heurigen and 57A to Museumsquartier and Burgring.
Die Wohnung befindet sich bei Schönbrunn und es gibt wirklich sehr gute Anbindung a den öffentlichen Verkehr. Die U4 Station zB ist gleich um die Ecke und auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Mein Name ist Mary und ich bin 19 Jahre alt.
Derzeit studiere ich Musical.
In meiner Freizeit widme ich mich auch sehr gerne der Musik - ich spiele Klavier und Saxophon, nehme aber immer Rücksicht auf meine Mitbewohner und ich tanze auch sehr gern :)
Außerdem ernähre ich mich vegetarisch, habe aber kein Problem mit Leuten, die Fleisch essen.
Und ich bin Channi, ebenfalls 19 Jahre alt und studiere derzeit Politikwissenschaft.
Und ich bin Karin, ich bin die Hauptmieterin und bin ca. 1x pro Jahr - letztes Jahr war es 0x - in der Wohnung. Du kommst nämlich durch ein Durchgangszimmer in dein Zimmer und in diesem Durchgangszimmer steht ein Hochbett, eine Couch und ein Schreibtisch, also theoretisch könnte man dort auch wohnen, was ich aber nicht tue. Ich behalte dieses Zimmer für mich für den Notfall, falls ich mal in Wien übernachten muss. Etwas zu mir: Ich bin total interessiert an Bitcoin und Kryptowährungen und wenn dich das auch interessiert, würde mich das natürlich freuen und sonst bin ich eine sehr umgängliche Frau, alleinerziehnde Mutter von drei ziemlich erwachsenen Kindern, mit 2 Katzen und einem Hund und einem Haus in Niederösterreich, wo wir wohnen.
Übrigens könntest du "mein" Zimmer auch als Wohnzimmer nutzen, also ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn ihr U(du und die anderen Mitbewohner und evtl. Besucher) euch dort aufhaltet, solange ich selbst willkommen bin, wenn ich (oder eines meiner Kinder) das Zimmer benötigen.

Leider sind die Strom- und Gaskosten noch so hoch, aber sobald sie wieder fallen, reduziert sich der anteilige Beitrag.
Im Zimmer ist derzeit ein Doppelbett, ein Regal und ein Schreibtisch, aber das kann auch herausgenommen werden.
