The room has about 10m². It has space for a large bed, office table and closet.
The flat itself has about 50m². Although the flat is not that big it seems bigger because of the open spaced kitchen-diner (ktichen-living room) which has around 22m² and the balcony (5m²). The kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator, freezer, oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen-diner you have access to the balcony. There is also a bathroom (4m²) with a washing machine and a separate room with a toilet (1,6m²).
In the cellar there is a compartment, a bicycle room and a parking space for cars (you have the possibilty to rent one spot).
The costs:
Costs for rent and internet is (501 and 10 €). Heating costs included.
Costs for electricity varied. The last quarter we had to pay like 50€ together for all 3 months.
The location of the flat is nearby the Meidlinger market, a nice market with fresh vegetables and fruit and other groceries. There are also some bars and restaurants.
The public transportation is also not far away. You need like 5 min walking to the next UBahn station Niederhofstraße or 10 min to the train station Meidling where you can find U6 as well or trains and S-Bahnen.
The U4 is also close (Meidlinger Hauptstraße or Längenfeldgasse) with 10min.
My name is Stefan, 31, and you would live with me in the shared apartment. I work full time in a tax consulting office. 1 or 2 days a week I will work from home. In my spare time I like doing sports or culture things and meeting friends.
I am vegetarian but I don‘t mind when you are not one. I like to cook and that‘s why I also try to keep the flat clean especially the kitchen.
Therefore I am looking for someone who shares this attitude. The kitchen is not so big and it makes the cohabitation easier. it would also be nice if you already have experience with shared flats.
