Da unsere Mitbewohnerin, Lina, schweren Herzens aus unserer WG in der Schönbrunner Straße (nähe Margaretengürtel) auszieht, wird ab dem 01. September ihr großes, helles Zimmer frei.
Dein Zimmer ist 24qm groß, südseitig ausgerichtet und mit zwei großen Fenstern wunderbar hell. (Sogar im Winter, da das Haus gegenüber niedriger ist als unseres!) Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst hat es ein schönes Parkett und eine Flügeltür. Du kannst es teilmöbliert (siehe Fotos) oder auch unmöbliert übernehmen, das ist flexibel.
Lina würde gerne die größeren Sachen dalassen: das Bett inklusive Matratze, den Kleiderschrank, die Schreibtischplatte, das weiße Bücherregal und den schwarzen Kleiderständer, alles ohne Ablöse. Das können wir dann gerne persönlich besprechen, je nachdem wie es für dich passt und was du gebrauchen kannst :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines schönen Altbaus und ist mit insgesamt 120 qm sehr geräumig. Neben unseren drei Zimmern haben wir eine Essküche, ein Wohnzimmer inklusive großer Couch, Fernseher und Nintendo Switch. Bad und Toilette haben beide ein Fenster und sind in getrennten Räumen. Unsere Zimmer sind alle ungefähr gleich groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, weil wir oft kochen, das Bad ist relativ neu saniert und hat eine Waschmaschine, die wir alle benutzen. Unsere Spülmaschine ist nagelneu, deshalb gibts es hier eine kleine Ablöse von 100€.
Im Hof können Fahrräder untergestellt und angeschlossen werden.

Since our roommate, Lina, is moving out of our shared apartment in Schönbrunner Straße (near Margaretengürtel) with a heavy heart, her large, bright room will be available from 01 September.
Your room is 24sqm, south-facing and wonderfully bright with two large windows. (Even in winter, because the house across the street is lower than ours!) As you can see on the photos, it has a nice parquet floor and a double door. You can take it partially furnished (see photos) or unfurnished, it's flexible.
Lina would like to leave the bigger things: the bed including mattress, the closet, the desk top, the white bookshelf and the black clothes rack, all without any replacement. We can then discuss this in person, depending on how it fits for you and what you can use :)
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building and is very spacious with a total of 120 square meters. In addition to our three rooms, we have a dining kitchen, a living room including a large couch, TV and Nintendo Switch. Bathroom and toilet both have a window and are in separate rooms. Our rooms are all about the same size. The kitchen is very well equipped because we cook often, the bathroom is relatively newly renovated and has a washing machine that we all use. Our dishwasher is brand new, so there's a small change of 100€ here.
Bicycles can be stored and connected in the courtyard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im äußersten Rand des 12. Bezirks, in der Schönbrunner Straße, ein paar Häuser vom Margaretengürtel entfernt. 5., 15. und 6. Bezirk sind also gleich nebenan.
Wir haben eine super Anbindung in so ziemlich alle Richtungen: Die U4-Station Margaretengürtel ist nur ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt, und da fahren auch die 6er und 18er Bim (10 min zum Westbahnhof oder Hauptbahnhof!).
Der Bus 12A (und N60) fährt ca. 1 Gehminute entfernt, quasi direkt vor der Haustür ab.
UND zur U6 Längenfeldgasse sind es auch nur knappe 10 Gehminuten.
Billa und Hofer sind ein paar hundert Meter entfernt und auch BIPA, DM und Apotheke sind ganz nah (Längenfeldgasse).
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ein paar Minuten auch bei der Post oder an der Meidlinger Hauptstraße, die eine Einkaufsstraße ist.

The apartment is located at the very edge of the 12th district, in Schönbrunner Straße, a few houses away from Margaretengürtel. So 5th, 15th and 6th district are right next door.
We have super connections in pretty much all directions: The U4 station Margaretengürtel is only about 3 minutes walk away, and there are also the 6er and 18er Bim (10 min to Westbahnhof or Hauptbahnhof!).
The 12A bus (and N60) leaves about 1 min walk away, virtually right outside the front door.
AND to the U6 Längenfeldgasse it is also just 10 minutes walk.
Billa and Hofer are a few hundred meters away and also BIPA, DM and pharmacy are very close (Längenfeldgasse).
By bike you can also reach the post office or Meidlinger Hauptstraße, which is a shopping street, in a few minutes.
In der WG wirst du mit David und Sebastian zusammen wohnen.
David (Dave) ist 24 und studiert an der TU Umweltingenieurwesen. Wenn er nicht gerade Musik hört oder in einem seiner eigenen Gitarren-Loops vertieft ist (Stil eher Tom Misch als Nirvana, also keine Angst :D), ist er gerne draußen mit Menschen unterwegs oder macht Sport. Er ist super offen, interessiert in Menschen und sorgt immer für eine angenehme Stimmung im Raum.
Sebastian ist auch 24 und schreibt den Text hier :D Ich mache aktuell ein Praktikum im Bereich nachhaltige Energie. Neben dem Teilzeit-Job bin ich im Sommer gerne in den grünen Abschnitten Wiens unterwegs, mache Sport und bin interessiert mit Menschen in Kontakt zu kommen. Meine meiste Zeit verbringe ich aber mit Musik: Ich spiele Klavier, Gitarre, singe und bin auch in elektronsiche Musik sehr interessiert.
Wir beide haben uns in unserem Bachelor Studium in Freiburg kennengelernt, sind seitdem sehr gute Freunde geworden und wohnen seit 3 Monaten zusammen in der WG. Wir verbringen auch gerne viel Zeit zusammen in der Wohnung, beim Kochen oder gelegentlich beim Switch spielen oder auch auf dem Basketball- oder Beachvolleyballplatz. Für uns beide ist Kunst und Kreativität ein großer Bestandteil unserer Leben und wir tauschen uns auch ungemein gern darüber aus.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und soll auf jeden Fall keine Zwecks-Wg sein. Es wäre schön wenn wir gemeinsam auch außerhalb der WG was unternehmen oder uns eben zum Kochen, Quatschen oder Chillen in der WG treffen. Uns ist eine offene Kommunikation wichtig und generell kann sich jeder zurückziehen wenn man das braucht. Einen Putzplan haben wir auch, generell gilt hier bei uns: Offen darüber reden, damit sich alle Wohlfühlen. Wir beide sind sehr verständnis- und rücksichtsvoll.
An der Einrichtung im Wohnzimmer und auch in der Küche wollen wir noch etwas verändern, damit es etwas gemütlicher und etwas spannender wird. Wir freuen uns, wenn du coole Ideen hast!

In the shared flat you will live together with David and Sebastian.
David (Dave) is 24 and studies environmental engineering at the TU. When he's not listening to music or engrossed in one of his own guitar loops (style more Tom Misch than Nirvana, so don't worry :D), he likes to be out with people or doing sports. He is super open, interested in people and always creates a pleasant atmosphere in the room.
Sebastian is also 24 and writes this text here :D I'm currently doing an internship in sustainable energy. Besides the part-time job, I like to be out and about in the green sections of Vienna in the summer, doing sports and being interested in getting in touch with people. But overall, I spend most of my time with music: I play piano, guitar, sing and am also very interested in electronic music.
We both met during our bachelor studies in Freiburg, became very good friends since then and have been living together in this flat for the last 3 months. We also like to spend a lot of time together in the apartment, cooking or occasionally playing Switch or even on the basketball or beach volleyball court. For both of us, art and creativity is a big part of our lives and we also love to exchange ideas about it. So if you are also interested in creative stuff, this could be a good match.
The WG-life is very relaxed and should not be a purposeful WG. It would be nice if we could do something together outside the WG or just meet for cooking, chatting or chilling in the WG. Open communication is important to us and generally everyone can withdraw if needed. We also have a cleaning plan, and the general rule here is: talk openly about it, so that everyone feels comfortable. We are both very understanding and considerate.
We want to change the furniture in the living room and also in the kitchen a little bit, so that it becomes a little bit more comfortable and a little bit more exciting. We are happy if you have cool ideas!
