Hello! I am currently looking for someone to replace me in my current WG ideally long-term (1 year or more) (apartment of 110m2, room 25m2) from September or October at I will move because of my work (date can be negotiated). You will also have a bathroom for yourself.
You would be sharing the house with 2 nice guys, Stefan from South Africa, currently working in project management / marketing at an Austrian firm and Veer from India currently doing his PHD at UniWien.
The room comes furnished with a big closet, a studying/working table and a bed side table, as well as all furniture of the common areas (kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner, etc.) for no additional costs.
Rules of the WG: we tend to stick so a weekly cleaning schedule.

Very close to Schonbrun metro station and Meideling Haupstrasse (<5 min walk). Many supermarkets around, street market nearby. Coffees and restaurants. Beautiful Schonbrun park. Easy to bike. Building has a bike room.
