Wir vermieten unser 24m2 Zimmer von Anfang/Mitte Dezember 2023 bis Mitte Februar 2024 in unserer WG in der Theresienbadgasse in Meidling. Das große und sonnige Altbauzimmer ist ca. 24m² groß, südlich ausgerichtet und mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park und das Theresienbad. Die Straße gegenüber ist sehr ruhig und wird meist nur als Parkzone genutzt. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert.
Die Altbauwohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und zeichnet sich durch ihre hohen Räume aus. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf in 3 Zimmern, einem Bad, WC, einem Gang mit genügend Platz für einen Wäschständer u. ä. und einer Küche.
Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Badewanne mit Dusche sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

We are renting our 24m2 room from early/mid December 2023 until mid-February 2024 in our WG in Theresienbadgasse in Meidling. The large and sunny old building room is about 24m², south facing and overlooking a small park and the Theresienbad. The street opposite is very quiet and is mostly used only as a parking zone. The room is fully furnished.
The building apartment is located on the raised ground floor and is characterized by its high rooms. The apartment is divided into 3 rooms, a bathroom, toilet, a hallway with enough space for clothesline, etc. and a kitchen.
Washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub with shower are also available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage direkt neben der U4 Station Meidling Hauptstraße und der U6 Station Niederhofstraße. Im näheren Umkreis befindet sich das städtische Bad, ein kleiner Park, die Meidlinger Fußgängerzone, diverse Supermärkte und fußnahe zum Schönbrunner Park. Auch der Zugbahnhof Meidling ist zu Fuß in 15 min über die Fußgängerzone erreichbar oder mit der U6 eine Station entfernt.

In the immediate surroundings is the municipal bath, a small park, the Meidling pedestrian zone, various supermarkets and within walking distance to Schönbrunn Park. The train station Meidling is also within 15 min walking distance via the pedestrian zone or one stop away with the U6.
